"The standard of the house keeping was poor, the floors/carpet were not cleaned properly, towel were the smallest I have ever seen in a in anything other than a 3 star hotel, our bedding was not changed during the 4 night stay. Despite booking a bed and breakfast package and a booking confirmation that said "free breakfast" and being given a 2 for one coffee voucher valid for the 4 days, when I went to check our they tried to charge me for anything other than one coffee or tea at breakfast and...

"We had the one bedroom apartment which is absolutely huge. It has two outdoor seating areas on opposite sides of the unit. Access to your unit, the building, and the garage are all a single code to remember. The elevator is quick, though there are only 3 levels (garage, lobby, rooms). The one bedroom apartments are strange in that you have to enter the code at two different entry doors before heading up a staircase to reach your living space. "In general the place is not very clean. The carpet was very dirty. We found the brown insects dead in the bedroom and some others appeared during the night. The room was well equipped and staff was friendly. "

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner! The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out. Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "

"Lovely stay, big large apartment in a quiet location. Apartment was clean except balcony which I washed down to avoid dirt going inside. Aircon duct in the second bedroom would be helpful. I would stay again. "

"Very clean and tidy, we stayed with a 10 year old and 4 week old, not very practical having the main bed inches away from the walls on both sides to have the bassinet next to the bed. Otherwise super clean, lovely modern amenities and easy check in and out process. "

"Great value hotel in a lovely location with views over Newcastle harbour. Very modern vibe with great tech features in the room. Breakfast at the Monte cafe was excellent. Would recommend for a short stay in Newcastle. Only negative for us was the beds were too soft and air con quite loud, so had to turn off to sleep. Otherwise excellent. "

Estaba bien ubicado a 600 metros de un paseo maritimo en donde habia una buena variedad de restaurantes muy bonitos. El espacio (contratamos un departamento de dos habitaciones) era generoso y muy elegante. Destaco (porque realmente me impacto) lo comodas que eran las camas. Volveria a alojarme! "
