"Rooms were clean, towels and japanese robes replaced each day. The onsens were clean, the outdoor one was usually empty, just for me. The gentleman at the reception was accommodating to us and gave us a few rides from the hotel to different locations (station, monkey park). "

In generally, all over Japan people make a huge effort to help you, this was not the feelingI had when I check in. But maybe it was just a bad coincidence..."

"Super cerca de la estación de tren de Nagano. Hay restaurantes cerca. El desayuno es estilo japonés tipo buffet. Utilizamos las máquinas para lavar ropa con monedas, con ayuda del personal del hotel, pues las instrucciones solo están en japonés. Fueron muy amables. Volvería."
