"These apartments were very disappointing. The staff member, Maria, was unprofessional and seemed focused only on taking payment rather than helping us. The apartment was poorly maintained and not as advertised. The bathroom was tiny, dirty, and unhygienic, and the floors had hair and dust. Although a cleaner came promptly when requested, the poor upkeep made it hard to improve the condition. Our personal belongings were touched despite asking otherwise, the bedding had holes, towels were...
