"The little cottages are very well thought out; just like a caravan, you really have everything you need. It's like camping, except everything is there and you only need a sleeping bag and towels (although you can get them from the owner for a small extra charge). What we liked best was the large tripod grill that each cottage has. For 5 pounds you can take firewood from a box and grill anything you've bought at the supermarket. "What a lovely location. Perfect spot for the two of us to recharge our batteries doing some local walking and also exploring further afield around Inverness and Loch Ness. Lots to do on a week long stay and on top of that a lovely, clean, fully equipped cottage for us to stay in. We strolled along the beach to Chanonry Point several times Took us about 30 minutes each way, hoping to see the dolphins, without success, although almost everyone we talked to had seen them.
