The 'Auszeit' holiday apartment is located in Niederviehbach and is the ideal place for a relaxing stay. The 63 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, a washing machine and dryer, as well as books, plenty of games, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are available. You can borrow an iron, ironing board, and barbecue for an extra fee.



The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a garden and terrace. A shared outdoor space with a swing, climbing frame, and trampoline (not available in winter) is also at your disposal.

Parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The apartment is fully accessible with step-free access.
