Welcome to our modern duplex of 47 m², ideally located in Niederentzen, in the heart of Alsace. Whether you come for pleasure on the Anneau du Rhin circuit (only 5 minutes away) or to discover the charms of Colmar and the wine route, our accommodation offers all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay.

The interior space:

First floor: A bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, SENSEO machine, microwave) and a lounge area with sofa bed (ideal for 2 children or 1 adult).

Upstairs: A large spacious bedroom of 14 m² with a Queen Size double bed (160x190), an office space for teleworking and a wardrobe. You will also find a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside: Enjoy a private terrace facing North-East, not overlooked, offering a soothing view of the mountains. It is the perfect place for a coffee in the sun in the morning or a cool dinner at the end of the day.
