Enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Perfect location for enjoying old town and the beach! Well appointed kitchen. The balcony is excellent. People stay up LATE partying and you can hear it. Be prepared if you’re a light sleeper… Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Spacious and stylish 3-room apartment, with great location in the middle of the old town i Nice. Only the double bed was prepared for our family of four, and the couches in the living room provided medium comfort. The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom was stained, so we had to change them. Otherwise an excellent stay in a very nice apartment.

The apartment was located in a fabulous area, Place Rosetti, where there is a lot going on! Great restaurants, the famous Fennochio ice cream, cathedral, etc. It is located very conveniently to many other restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment was very charming and nicely furnished. I think the kitchen could have had a few more supplies (like more coffee pods, paper towels, trash bags), but that is the only critique I can say. The host, Val, was very responsive, attentive, and answered all of my questions quickly. I would love to stay there again!

Great location in the old city. Very handy walking to restaurants etc. Has a washing machine which was handy but you need to take them to the nearby laundry to dry them. Double glazing cut out all of the street noise.
