Beautiful apartment and an even better view

We have stayed in this apartment twice before. The terrace cannot be beat - lots of nice outdoor furniture. Great location - bus right out front and tram around the corner.

Fabulous Property and Location

This is an amazing property and is well equipped to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean. Wonderfully clean. Beautiful Views. Amazing Location. Plenty of Space and great access to beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Property Manager was incredibly helpful and always available.

Beautiful Place, Noisy Street

This is a beautiful place with a see view. The street is very loud and you can hear the cars passing by. Although the view is breathtaking, the noise takes away the beauty. The bathroom sinks run on batteries and they run out very quickly. We changed the battery twice and by the end of our stay there were no more batteries. With all that being said, we don't regret staying here. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Although, it was a loud location, it was also easy access to everything. Thank you!

Short stay in Nice

We were in Nice for only 4 days and this property provided us with a great location to enjoy the City. Right on the beach front with beautiful views and only a short (and cheap) bus or tram ride into town. We even enjoyed a sea swim each morning. Lovely property and fabulous city

Beautiful Sea View

We loved our stay at Skyblue! The apartment has beautiful panoramic views of the sea. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching people pass by on the promenade. There is a delicious bakery and grocery store within a short walking distance from the apartment. There is also a tram stop close by that you can take to quickly get around. Check in was seamless and the host was very responsive even when we left keys in apartment by accident. Thank you for the incredible stay. We would love to return next time we’re in Nice.

Gorgeous property

We truly enjoyed our stay! Checking in was seamless!! An Uber was already arranged to pick us up from the airport! Anthony met us at the property and showed us around! He was great! The view of the sea from the house is stunning! The house is so comfortable with so many rooms, bathrooms, storage, extra pillows and blankets! We loved it! Gorgeous spacious balcony! Location is right on the promenade. The tram station is one minute walk behind the building. There is also a wonderful bakery and a supermarket carrefour right behind the building, across the street! We loved our stay at your property! Oh also the security is fantastic in the building!!! We will come back!!

Lovely property with the exception of some deferred maintenance. It doesn’t LED ceiling lights were either completely out or so down they needed to be replaced. The doors to the balcony are extremely hard to operate. The water reservoir for the coffee maker leaks. However, beautiful view from living, dining, primary bedroom. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk to old town. One of the bedrooms did not have a toilet, although it had a shower and sink. Lots of information on the area, in the property. Well-equipped kitchen. All in all, a very nice property.

Fantastic Area on the Cote D`Azur.

Our apartment was clean and modern, walk to cleanest beaches, & Tram which can bring you from Airport to the Port, a few stops to major train hub, to access anywhere in Europe. Tons of Restaurants close by, Old Nice is great to visit. I recommend a day tour of the Cote D` Azur Nice to Menton! Anthony was a great Host always accesible. Absolutely the best. Bob L. 6 Day Stay

We just returned from a great 6 day stay at this property in beautiful Nice. We were a group of 3 couples.The property is just as pictured. It was clean, in a great location. Close to the tram, and right on the promenade.The balcony has an amazing view. The communication with Catherine in advance of our stay was great, she was very responsive with all of our questions. The checkin experience was great with Anthony, he ensured we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions we had. Beautifully renovated and spacious apartment. Location is amazing. The balcony had a stunning view of the sea. We had a great time in this apartment. We would only suggest that the lock is changed so that the door is operated easier. We would highly recommend this property.

Great location

We had a great time in the south of France. The flat was very nice with a great view and awesome balcony. Convenience to bus stop and beach club across the street was excellent. The only major drawback was that the air conditioning unit was terrible and each night of sleep was terrible. Hot hot hot.🔥🔥🔥 Owner should replace current system.
