Very basic without luxury but expensive
Unfortunately the hotel did not meet my expactation at all. I did make reservation for a Superior Room with king size bed. Joining two single beds doesn't make it a king size bed! In the room is a coffee machine but no water. A bottle of water in the room is a basic! Also there were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. Not nice at all! The hotel beach is with an additional fee of about 32 Euro per Person and day Parking is 32 Euro per night The pool área is without any ambient and a beer is charged with 10 Euro. To expensive for a hotel of this class. Downtown is a 45min walk. Breakfast is great but Never again I would stay here.

Estancia excelente, habitaciones, intalaciones muy buenas. Personal amable, en especial el jefe de recepción. Cercano al hotel y ubicado a prinera línea del mar y Paseo des Anglais. A tener en cuenta: en el check-in te retienen 300€ como garantía para el hotel y los desayunos son extremadamente caros si no los contratas previamente.

Buen hotel, mal ubicado, atención deficiente
Es el Radisson que menos me ha gustado de Europa. La ubicación no es buena, alejada del centro y casi sin alternativas para comer o comprar cerca. El personal en general es bastante parco y poco dispuesto a ayudar (salvo contadas excepciones). La playa del hotel es de piedras y te cobran por usar las tumbonas y toallas. No regresaría.

This was a great place for us to stay given it’s location to the beach, walkway to city center and old town and for those days we were tired, we took the Tram just behind the hotel. Only Pascal was helpful. The other staff struggled to understand us as we mostly spoke English. This resulted in us not being able to order room service or get the front desk to help us make change/smaller bills for tips around the hotel. Pool staff girl nice was haggard and we didn’t want to bother her for drinks cause she was so tired and busy.

Ideal location to explore Nice. Right along the coast with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were very nice and we enjoyed the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant very much.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean, spacious rooms. The area behind the hotel is neat if you’re willing to explore. There is a great crepes place and kabob place within walking distance. There is no shop in the hotel for drinks and snacks, but there is a fully stocked gas station next door. We rented the scooters from the hotel everyday. Barely needed to drive. Uber is quick in the area. Loved our stay in Nice ❤️

Nice hotel and good size room, great view
We had a sea view which was fantastic to wake up to. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The chair was broken though and room service missed is out one day so had to get pir own towels etc. It was impossible to get tea and coffee replenished in the room especially as we like a cuppa first thing. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant our first night and really enjoyed it. Easy to catch the tram into Nice or the train to Monaco

This is a ‘bare minimum effort’ type of establishment, even to French standards. When we were given the keys to a room that was not what we had reserved (and paid for in advance), they corrected their mistake by letting out a huge sigh and told us: “we’ll upgrade you for free”… by transferring us to the room we had paid for. Wow thanks. Initially the room was stocked with free water and a small espresso machine with coffee pods. They never restocked and when we asked for new coffee pods, someone showed up and barged in our room to drop off a bag of sugar packs and instant coffee. No pods for the coffee machine apparently. Look, it’s not that big a deal, but the attitude we got (exasperated employees, bare minimum in terms of answering simple questions)… during a low-season period nonetheless… it smells of just plain old bad management.

Beautiful location. Would not stay there again because of the street noise. I have come to hate the sound of motorcycles and scooters. And the rude French drivers. The hotel was great otherwise

There is a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the upgraded room. However, there is limited closet space and there were no drawers available to put clothing away, the shower was a handheld in a tub which continuously fell off the holder. The noise at 1:00 am above us was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get any action. We were no offered so much as a free breakfast in the morning when we complained and no attempt was made to make this right. Also, other than the restaurants in the hotel, there is no real dining in the area. Don’t stay here!

Tres mauvais accueil
Chambre très bruyante , Même pas un verre d’eau à l’accueil tout est vide et sale Facture 7 euros de service pour un burguer un chambre (non indiqué lors de la commande) Lors du check out la réception n’a pas voulu me montrer le montant de ma facture avant de prélever ma CB et du coup ne ma pas appliqué ma remise de Ma carte de fidélité , la repxetionniste me dis juste tant pis , j’aurais du faire la remise avant je ne peux plus rien faire … Hôtel à 500 euros la chambre lol
