Welcome to our property 'Le Lympia'. This elegant, comfortable 38sqm 2-bedroom apartment with AC is located in the center of Nice's port. It offers you one of the best starting points to discover and enjoy Nice and its surroundings. We are sure that you will feel right at home. 





THE APARTMENT:

This is a fully airconditioned 38sqm apartment!





LIVING ROOM:

The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa, which converts into a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm), and an elegant armchair. The dining area comfortably seats 4 guests.

If your reservation is for 2 guests but you would like the sofa bed prepared, a €25 linen fee applies and is payable upon arrival.



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like at home. It offers a functional layout and all the essential appliances and cookware for a comfortable stay.





BEDROOM:

The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), a cozy armchair, and a spacious wardrobe, providing plenty of storage for a relaxing and comfortable stay.



BATHROOM:

The full bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, and ample storage space.



GOOD TO KNOW:



Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator.





NEIGHBORHOOD:

The excellent location of the apartment makes everything possible (-: The T2 tram (direct line to the airport) is a 6-minute walk from the apartment and the 100 bus, which takes you to Villefranche sur Mer, Eze and Monaco, is also a 6-minute walk away. The nearest beach is a 7-minute walk away and the famous "Coco Beach" is a 15-minute walk away. The old town of Nice, Place Garibaldi and the famous Rue Bonaparte are also within walking distance. The Promenade des Anglais is a 20-minute walk around the harbor. The supermarket, restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away from the apartment.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions



- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.



- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).



- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.



- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
