Clean, Spacious and Comfortable

We especially enjoyed the terrace and being so close to everything we needed for our trip. At least one person in our group is already planning on re-booking this location with her family if possible. We had a fantastic vacation experience and felt safe, comfortable and relaxed in our Nice VBRO! The key pickup and drop off was a little out of the way and slightly less convenient than other properties. A bit far if not using a car service if you have luggage. Otherwise, lovely experience and wonderful location.

Not the best - not the worst.

This apartment is fine. It’s in the heart of the tourist district so if you want to go to old town it’s a 30 min drive each time. It’s loud and noisy at night. The AC unit doesn’t work well and the one in the master not at all. The amenities are sparse. No paper products - no laundry detergent etc. the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are bricks. The furniture inside is very formal and small - not at all comfortable to relax after a long day. The apartment is old and smells musty and the sewer smell coming from the powder bath makes it unusable. The outdoor balcony is lovely but they’ve let the bushes grow which disrupts the view. It was safe and protected. I’ll never rent with Nestor Jeeves again - their entire process for check in and check out never worked well. You can’t get anyone via phone and the concept of their concierge app offers little help. I wish I had done more research for such an expensive place.

Terrible check in

We arrived exhausted from our flight with our luggage. Nobody to greet us. We had to go to the office to retrieve the Keyes using a code. It was very hard to find the entrance to this property located in a large conglomerate. It was a Sunday, nobody to talk to, office closed. We were provided with a couple of pictures of the garage and an entrance gate. When we finally got into the flat, it was a dark place. The crank shutters were all down, another ordeal to open those heavy shutters. On another note the flat is large, but the third bedroom is really a sofa bed in a side living room. We had nobody to show us around the property. Also the furniture is old and very dated. On a positive note it is close to the promenade but does not have the big sea view of the buildings right on the promenade. The pictures on Vrbo show such a happy lively welcoming place, not our experience. Also on a positive note the concierge was responsive to book transfers etc..

Beautiful stay, great location

Our family had a wonderful getaway - a cheerful, spacious apartment with a stunning view and great location. Some of the details around check in and check out were not ideal (having to pick up/drop off keys elsewhere + not having written instructions in the apartment for appliances, heat, etc) but the concierge team was helpful nonetheless. We loved the view and charming building with modern comforts, close to the sea!

Nice in Nice property

Lovely art deco building. Apartment with good view towards beach. Clean....with sofa bed....big enough Apartment for 3 couples. Checking in process....a walk from Apartment is the only downside. Good location.

Lovely Terrace

Family holiday in this spacious apartment with lovely terrace right by the sea. would highly recommens this place. Lovely lunches and dinners on the terrace with fresh produce from the market. Morning and afternoon swims in the sea. Just lovely

Fabulous Property!

We had a wonderful time in Nice. The rooftop terrace is amazing. We did takeout and enjoyed the view while we dined. It’s close to the #2 tram station and we made use of Nice’s excellent public transportation system to get around. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment

The apartment was great, nice location. The various notebooks and such helped figure out the workings of the apartment. There was no ironing board or iron we could find which would be helpful for travelers.

Nice stay in Nice

Generally excellent property throughout. A few niggles which could have been avoided with a bit of careful maintenance but we have no complaints. The area is ideally located for a relaxing break with excellent access to public transport. Beach is a short walk across the street and although not sandy offers safe swimming. Having the patio area made an already ample property very spacious indeed. Would give this 4.5 rather than 5 due to some no functioning equipment and the construction outside the main building which is due to the recently opened tram extension which will be very smart when completed.

we loved our stay in this apartment. The terrace is so lovely sometimes we brought dinner back to apt so we could relax on the terrace. Also enjoyed taking circular stairway up to the apartment, felt like you were in a Fred Astaire movie. There is an elevator if you wish. The apartment is clean and modern. We would walk to Flora patisserie and pick up croissants and made coffee in the apt so we could sit on terrace in the morning. Great location, very short walk to promenade des anglais, vieux nice and many, many restaurants. We took train ride to Monaco which was very scenic. (I would take taxi to train station, that's a lengthy walk). The train is nice because you can also go to Cannes and other places along the riviera. It’s just a lovely lovely place to stay. Enjoy the terrace.

Absolut fantastisch!

Die Wohnung ist äusserst zentral gelegen und bietet eine wunderbare Inneneinrichtung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zu 6 (und ein Baby) verbracht und die Platzverhältnisse sind sehr gut. Man hat sehr gute Möglichkeiten, sich zurückzuziehen. Das Beste am Penthouse ist die unglaubliche Dachterrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Sicht aufs Meer ist unverbaut. Einziger Negativpunkt, obwohl das wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist, wir haben nicht herausgefunden, wo wir leere PET-Flaschen zurückgeben können. Es wird alles sehr gut im Ordner im Penthouse dokumentiert, aber diesen Punkt haben wir leider nicht herausgefunden. Ansonsten wirklich Weltklasse! Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Jugendstilwohnung in denkmalgeschütztem Art-Deco-Komplex. Gute Betten, übervollständige Kücheneinrichtung. Hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, sämtliche Geschäfte/Restaurants in Laufentfernung. Die Krönung ist die riesengroße Terrasse mit einem weiten Blick aufs Meer. Problemloser Kontakt, sehr freundlicher Empfang trotz später Ankunft. Wir sind begeistert und werden gerne wiederkommen.

French Riviera Perfection!

Our family was thrilled with this gorgeous penthouse with its spectacular terrace! We picked up bread and cheeses from the market and would enjoy with wine on the terrace. Absolute perfection! The views were breathtaking and the apartment was spacious and very well appointed. We would love to return!

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement Art Déco, dans un immeuble classé. L'appartement lui-même est très bien équipé, et la terrasse est un plus vraiment appréciable pour les beaux jours! Rien à redire...
