Location in the old town and also the small balcony with the view was great. AC had worked well. Sofa was ok. The shower cabin is too small

Le petit balcon est également très agréable. L'appartement était très propre et nous nous sommes sentis à Nice très bien. L'agence immobilière était facilement accessible et nous avons pu mettre nos bagages au départ.

This apartment was perfect for what I was looking for

The location was amazing - really close to the tram and bus stops. Additionally, there are many things to do within walking distance. The patio of the apartment was what really drew me to it. The view was unbelievable. Even though it was really close to the road, the noise level was really low. I would absolutely stay here again, if given the opportunity.

The property looks much different in person than in pictures. The couch we slept on was filthy… there were burn makes on the arm rests as well. You’re expected to pay for extra towels and sheets regardless of how long your stay is, and they do not provide any additional toilet paper either. I would not recommend this place to anyone I care about. The only thing I can say is the view from the balcony was beautiful and it was in a great location for walking through the city and the tram.

A Great Deal

It’s well located in the Old Town, close to L1 tram, the beach, restaurants, shops, and even the Parc de la Colline du Chateau. The property manager was very responsive to our communication. When power went out once, he quickly sent someone over to fix it. The studio apartment has all the basic facilities that we needed including a washing machine and a full kitchen (minus an oven). We do wish that there had been at least a few tea bags or condiments provided. But given all the pluses including the pricing, we do feel that our stay was a great deal.

Bonjour, J'avais déjà envoyé un message qui ne s'est pas rendu. C'est avec plaisir que je vous envoie à nouveau un feedback. Appartement très fonctionnel, mais cependant la climatisation d'air ne fonctionnant pas bien, mon conjoint a dû nettoyer les filtres des deux unités intérieures et extérieures du climatiseur qui étaient complètement recouverts d'une épaisse couche de poussière. De plus, les étagères de la bibliothèque, le lampadaire et le divan était très poussiéreux. Sinon, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Très bien situé, ensoleillé et de bonnes commodités. Belle vue aussi! La télé n'a pas fonctionné non plus, mais nous n'avons pas fait les démarches nécessaires. Nous aimerions peut-être louer à nouveau l'an prochain en juin 2020, mais sommes en réflexion. Merci. J'aimerais savoir si vous avez bien reçu mon message.

Great location and very clean! Had everything you need!

Walking distance from the beach so you did not need to use public transportation to walk along the water or lounge on the beach. The studio apartment is very modern and clean. Had everything you need including dishwasher, clothes washing machine, stove, and basic kitchen appliances. Great floor to ceiling windows with private terrace and view of the city. Right on the edge of Old Nice so you are close to food, markets, and shops. Only areas for improvement: You need to use the key to lock and unlock your door even from the inside of the apartment. I don't love that you have to use a key to leave especially in case of an emergency (which never happened of course). Also, the walk to pick up and drop off your keys is a little inconvenient and is about a 20 minute walk so be prepared as you are lugging your luggage around the city. Finally, the shower does not drain very well and often filled up so I would have to turn the water off and wait for it to drain slowly. Besides these minor things, I would absolutely recommend staying here for a great experience in Nice!

Cute but noisy

This was a nice apartment, very clean and functional. The beed was quite comfortable. I have two criticisms. First, it was inredibly noisy. The listing should indicate that the apartment is located on a very busy street, with lots of people out at night. Also the hosts, for that amount of money, should provide some coffee and milk for the guests. I had to run around looking for these things when i had just arrived and was exhausted.

Beautiful little Apartment with a wonderful view at the garden

Situated at the middle of the old town Wonderful view at the garden Very close to the Central Station. Excellent support from Nestor & Jeeves (Mr. Gordey), in case you need something.

Bonne situation, vue agréable, et accueil parfait

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement. Notre accueil était parfait, car on nous a attendu malgrès que l'avion ai eu beaucoup de retard. L'appartement est bien situé et bien aménagé! Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoins. Le balcon et sa vue ouverte sur les jardins sont en gros avantage car pour le même prix nous avions déjà séjourné dans des appartements beaucoup moins bien.
