Outstanding views of Nice & perfect size for 2 couples! French doors open to the balcony & there is air conditioning in the bedrooms making our stay very comfortable. Owner Norman Smith is easily reached and very accommodating!

Wonderful characterful property with Spectacular views

We have just returned home after spending a wonderful week in this property. First of all, it is in a great location with easy access to the key Cote d'Azure highlights of St Jean Cap Ferrat, Eze, Menton and the various Corniche roads. If you can tear yourself away from the spectacular view from the balcony that overlooks Nice harbor and the fabulous bay de Angels there is a great deal to see and do here. The home has a well equipped kitchen which is appreciated, the beds are comfortable and the location is peaceful. Norman our host was extremely easy to deal with and answered any queries we had very quickly. He provided many tips and hints regarding restaurants which were spot on. We thank you Norman for opening your home and providing a very memorable family experience for us. Merci Bien.

Wirklich wunderschöner Ausblick !

Die Wohnung war gross, die Ausstattung super. Besonders toll war auch die vorhandene Klimaanlage. Der Ausblick traumhaft, man hätte Tag und Nacht auf dem Balkon verbringen können, wenn da nicht die Mücken gewesen wären.. aber die hat man ja überall. Wir empfehlen aber dringend guten Mückenschutz😃 Norman ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Vermieter. Alles hat super funktioniert, auch als wir ein kleines Problem mit der Garage hatten, hat er sofort reagiert. Aufgrund der Lage sollte man aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto oder Roller haben. Busfahren ist eher beschwerlich, Laufen in der Hitze ebenso. Ein bisschen hat mir ein Pool gefehlt... Insgesamt hat die Wohnung aber gehalten, was versprochen war und wir (auch unsere 14jährige Tochter) kommen gern wieder!

Beautiful Apartment with Gorgeous View!

Clean and charming bright two-bedroom apartment filled with artwork with large terraces and remodeled bathroom on the fourth floor of an elevator building in Mont Boron section of Nice. The master bedroom's large bed is comfortable. The other bedroom has two single beds. The apartment comes with a parking garage (or you can use the outdoor parking space when available).The view of Nice is indeed spectacular. Finding the place initially and getting in and out was a bit of a challenge, since the building is located on the very top of a hill with a narrow path leading up to it, but it's a small price to pay for the amazing views. Old Nice, the port area, and Promenade des Anglais are all just minutes away by car (we used both Uber and a private driver), and Cap Ferrat and Villefranche are about 10-15 minutes by car. The owner is both responsible and responsive and sends you in advance detailed instructions and some useful tips. We recommend this place for couples and small families and look forward to staying there again when back in Nice.

Highlight of our vacation

This was the highlight of our vacation (5 days in Paris, 5 days in Provence, and 5 days in Nice). It was so nice to have some space to unpack and unwind (compared to the typical hotel rooms we had been staying at). The views were fantastic - just as advertised. It was also very convenient to all of the Riviera destinations and beaches. Having a major Supermarket just down the street and being able to make our own breakfast and/or lunch was also very nice, as it gets tiring going out to a restaurant for every meal. We missed the views the moment we left.

Breathtaking view, wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful and great vacation! The view is breathtaking and we could´t get enough from the outstanding view. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, so we were able to have great dinners at home with the outstanding view. The bedrooms were large and we slept very well. We also loved the paintings in the apartment, which made us feel home. Last but not least, Norman is a great owner, who helped us within seconds, whenever we had a question or a problem. Thanks Norman, you are a very kind and lovely person! Whenever we come again to Nice we are going to stay again!!! Un séjour idéal

Un appartement très confortable et conforme à la description faite sur le site nous a permis de profiter sans modération d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie des Anges et le port. Se plonger dans le rythme trépidant de la belle ville de Nice, en savourer tous les plaisirs puis retrouver le calme de l'appartement avec cette vue incroyable : un luxe assurément. Une jolie promenade à faire à pieds dans le mont Boron est possible au départ de l'appartement. Pour les plus courageux, on peut aussi gagner le port de Nice à pieds par un escalier (compter 25 bonnes minutes). Tous les précisions détaillées sont fournies pour prendre en main sans difficulté un logement tout à fait plaisant. C'est sûr nous reviendrons ! un grand merci à Normand pour sa disponibilité.

The property lived up to our expectations completely. What a view!!!

What an amazing place. The view was breathtaking both during the day and at night. The apartment was of a very high standard. It was very well equipped and the range of travel guides was exceptional. What made it even more interesting was the beautiful selection of books about Nice and the grand villas of a bygone era. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful place, the best at the Cote d'Azur!!

We spent four weeks in Norman's appartment in February. What a wonderful time we had, the appartment is perfect, very well equiped, nothing is missing and the panoramic view on the harbour/mediterranean, so wonderful We could sit outside at the terrace many times, what can you wish more in wintertime!! And if you have a question, Norman answers you immediately and he also gave many tips, many thanks !! We come certainly back, for us it is the best place to be at the 'Cote d'Azur'

Beautiful and comfortable stay above the city of Nice and the Med beyond

My husband, daughter and I used this lovely, well-appointed apartment high above Nice for a base from which to explore the French Riviera. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is another nice feature. Meals can be taken on the balcony with sweeping views of the city and surrounding hillside and the sunsets are spectacular! If you are a confident driver we'd recommend having a car (there is a garage provided) but there is also a convenient bus stop at the end of a steep drive. There is a good Carrefour supermarket close by at the end of the road with as well as a pharmacy. No restaurants to conveniently walk to but we enjoyed our own evening meals al fresco. Norman is an attentive owner and very helpful in answering questions.

Traumhafter Blick

Tolle Ferienwohnung die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man benötigt. Der atemberaubende Blick vom Balkon über den Hafen von Nizza führt dazu, dass man die Abende nur noch dort verbringen will. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfect stay overlooking Nice

We spent over a week at this lovely apartment and wonder why we left... it is truly delightful! The apartment is very clean, comfortable and even more stunning than in the pictures, and the never-ending views are spectacular. Normand has thought of everything to make your stay memorable, and every interaction with him was a pleasure. There is much to see and do in Nice and the neighboring towns. We enjoyed a variety of activities-- to wandering through Nice's museums to driving the corniches. We loved that we could choose to dine at home al fresco (on incredible produce from the Cours Selaya and fresh ravioli) or walk down to a terrific local restaurant (try Coco Beach or La Merenda, or any of Normand's suggestions!) Don't miss a stop by Fenocchio for ice cream, or Chez Pipo for socca (very good food and wine shopping near the latter). It is quite a climb up the hill, although well worth it, and a taxi can take you back if out late. We especially loved reading or sipping coffee (or a nightcap, peut-etre?) on the terraces and watching the boats come and go! In all we enjoyed a very pleasant respite here, and look forward to returning! Merci beaucoup, Normand!

Great family vacation

My husband and I, along with our two kids (ages four and nine months) stayed at this apartment for one week in July. We had a wonderful time! Normand was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He was willing to provide us with a new crib prior to our stay. It was perfect and we had peace of mind knowing our little one was safe and comfortable! The location of the apartment is ideal...away from the center of town - yet close enough to get there within minutes. The view is absolutely amazing. We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats enter the harbor nearby. The apartment provides everything needed to make your stay comfortable and the location is very quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this property and have no hesitations about staying here - or at any of Normand's properties - in the future! We only wish we had one more week booked.
