A view to die for.

Great villa which is very comfortable and well appointed.Exceptional infinity pool that everyone loved. Take note of the arrival notes, the last bit of the lane is very steep.

Great house, amazing communication

We had a perfect few days as a family (grandparents, parents and kids under 10). Everyone slept comfortably (the air conditioners were so effective even in the heat!) and communication with the property manager was attentive and easy.

What a lovely house!

This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

the house is beautiful, extremely large, multiple rooms, incredible views. The road to the house has a certain degree of inclination but with an ok car you will be good. The pool is great, the rooms are ok too.

Fantastic Place and Views

Incredible place with close access to many charming towns that look like they are out of the movies. Cannes and Nice are close by as well. Very well stocked kitchen and other amenities as well. Views are amazing. No camera can do them justice. Pool was divine and heated to our pleasure. Jane our local host was incredibly helpful.

Panoramic views

Great views. Well set rooms. Lovely main room and outside areas. One bathroom was not very good. Good pool. The road to the Villa is very steep, hard for a car, much harder to walk. The manager, Jane, was wonderful in supporting us at the hospital following an accident. She went way beyond what we could have expected. Tourettes is a lovely town.

Séjour de rêve à la Villa Soleil

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille à la Villa Soleil. La vue est à couper le souffle et la villa est très bien située pour explorer la région. Le village de Tourette-sur-Loup est aussi très charmant et on y trouve d'excellents restaurants (4 restaurants étoilés Michelin!). Kathry et Jane ont été des hôtes extraordinaires qui répondaient très rapidement à nos différents interrogations. Merci pour le magnifique séjour!

Amazing views and helpful hosts

We had a lovely stay at Villa Soleil. The first trip up is a bit steep in the car, but the views of the valley and the ocean are worth it. Some really great restaurants in Tourrettes-sur-Loup and the opportunity to explore St Paul, Grasse, Antibes and elsewhere was too good to pass up. Thank you--we will come again!

Excellent Villa and view

Excellent Villa. beautiful views above the lovely town of Tourettes Sur Loup. Everything about our stay was wonderful from the time we arrived being welcomed by Jane (her get tips on all things local were invaluable)...until she waved us goodbye. we will be back!..next time with a car as the walk to town and back was too far for us.

Spectacular View. Pool Not Heated

The view from the property was spectacular, with a magnificent sunrise above the ancient cliff side town of Tourettes-sir-Loup. The property itself was spacious and comfortable. The one major disappointment is that the pool heating was not turned on despite me specifically messaging the host about it days prior to my arrival. By the time I complained about it during our stay, there wasn’t enough time for the pool to be heated to usable temperature. The host offered a small refund, but the family was left very disappointed.

Amazing villa and views

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The views are more than amazing. The pool is great and bedrooms with own bathrooms. The nearest village is quaiant with very nice restaurants. Will be back, definitely.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We had a wonderful time here as the house is very airy and bright. The bedrooms are large with excellent bathrooms. The views are simply stunning and having a heated swimming pool with excellent pool deck area a real bonus. Kathryn had provided excellent communication throughout the booking process and again during our stay and Bronwen was extremely helpful too. The joining instructions told us about the hill being steep and indeed it is. First gear all the way! But it does provide lovely views when you arrive. Thank again.

Wonderful hilltop villa with an amazing view.

We'd booked this villa over a year ago after the disappointment of a covid cancellation the previous year with a different property. Communication with the owner was great, the property manager who met us was thorough and check in was very straightforward. As everyone has mentioned the view is stunning and the pool is a fantastic size. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We enjoyed eating at the villa and the local town, however it's worth mentioning that the restaurants don't all cater well for children. The villa is situated on a very, very steep hill not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The villa is a good place to explore further, St Paul de Vence is worth a trip.

Worth the ride to be on top of the world!

We were very lucky to have been able to stay here. We were at another home during a heat wave who’s air condition had gone out among other things and this host was able to quickly arrange for us to move in next day. I have one less star for cleanliness only because I had to clean up the floors a bit and wipe down some dusty surfaces which I attribute to the way we had to rush into moving. I was grateful and happy to do it. The VIEW IS TO DIE FOR and makes any other not just perfect things perfect. We had friends visiting for lunch one day and we made good use of the pool, the ping pong table and thé pétanque court which wasn’t obvious at first so we had to go on a search of the property. Hidden under a beautiful shaded canopy of bamboo we drank rose and played the afternoon away. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of sitting and dining areas sand very close to the village that has anything one might need. If your coming with a group or just need a retreat away from the city for some R and R you’ll enjoy this home.

Views are terrific and the house is nicely done, but you’re quite remote!

While the house is terrific for three couples, each with en-suite bedrooms, and the views are awesome of the French Riviera, you do pay a bit with remoteness. In fact, the final three blocks are so steep, our friends rental car could barely make it up the hill. So we weren’t inclined to use the car to pop into town for a meal. Happily the house had great amenities, outdoor dining space, ping pong, etc. so we just settled in. (The only recommendation we have for the property manager is to address the problem of ants. They were quite annoying.)

Wonderful!

Every aspect of this home was simply perfect. Check in was easy and Kathryn was a joy to work with in the process. The pictures can not do Villa Soleil justice. The view each morning was memorable and we enjoyed our daily walk down the hill to the bakery.

4 relaxing days in France!

A thoroughly enjoyable 4 days spent at the villa with family. The host took excellent care of us through our stay and the villa catered to all of our needs. The views are staggering and the pool got many hours of use. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Soleil sehr wohl gefühlt und den geheizten Pool genossen. Einziges Manko war ein Geruch im Haus, der von der Feuchtigkeit her kommen könnte. Das wäre prüfenswert.

Beautiful Villa with outstanding views.

We were three couples who each had great bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and views were awesome. We loved spending our evenings in the multiple living areas with outdoor views of the entire Riviera. Tourette’s Sur Loup was a gem for restaurants and exploring. The location was great and we were all impressed. The owners were fantastic and had a great welcome booklet with helpful info.
