Beautiful apartment!

This was our second visit to this property, it is a lovely, very spacious and modern apartment, in a secure building. The location is great, on a pedestrian street, with many restaurants and shops close by. It is also very close to the beach and public transportation, we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We highly recommend this vacation property!

Superb apartment, excellent location!

My wife and I have just returned home from a 2-month stay in Jackie’s apartment. Upon arrival, we were given a warm welcome by property Manager, Tina, who gave us a walk-through of the apartment and handily answered any questions we had. It’s not often you stay at a rental where you truly feel at home while you’re there, but we knew from the moment we arrived that Jackie’s apartment met all our expectations. It is large, bright and very clean, tastefully decorated, very well maintained and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Both bedrooms back onto a church property and are isolated from any street sounds, making for very peaceful sleeping. The unit, located on the pedestrian walkway, is safe and perfect for its proximity to many grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, walks along the Promenade and to Vieux Nice and perfect for satisfying my appetite for road bicycling adventures. Jackie was exceptionally friendly and responsive to any questions we had and our memorable experience has us already looking forward to our next long term stay here. Thank you, Jackie, for sharing your lovely apartment with us!

We loved our stay in Nice. The location was excellent. The apartment is one block from the ocean. Very easy to get everywhere by Tram. We stayed for six days. We explored every section of the city. We took bus 600 over to Monaco. Nice’s public transportation is excellent. We would come back and stay again.

Lovely, convenient apartment in Beautiful Nice

This spacious, attractive, well-maintained apartment is located close to everything, in a lovely part of town, and very near the Promenade. The beds are extra comfortable, and the kitchen contains everything you need, and more. We loved being across from the excellent patisserie, Armand, and tried practically on offer. Tina, who met us and showed us the apartment, is very helpful and professional. We hope to return!

2 weeks in Nice

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment is modern and has all the amenities we needed for a two week stay. I sometimes have trouble sleeping on vacation but not in this apartment. The beds were so comfortable- with extra pillows and high end bedding - and the windows all had blackout shutters. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. Also, the the owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, wonderful apartment

The apartment was beautiful had an amazing balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Lots of room. Nice to have all of the stuff to take to the beach. It is close to the promenade and beach. Tons of restaurants and shops. Old town. Can walk to everything. We went for the Ironman race and it was the perfect location for this. Tina was amazing to work with. Check in with her was great. She was available to help us and answer questions. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful apartment.

This apartment is very nice, modern and clean with large rooms in a great location. It has been recently renovated with a beautiful kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was equipped with everything we needed, we would definitely come back again in the future.
