Heerlijk appartement

Ruim appartement met groot terras met zicht op de zee, in de verte. Op loopafstand van het aangename stadje Vence, met veel restaurants. Het appartement ligt in afgesloten complex, met eigen garage, en is goede uitvalsbasis naar Nice, Antibes, Monaco. Het is schoon en lokale agent Sabine is toegankelijk. Een aanrader!

Erholsame Tage

Die Wohnung mit Terrasse ist sehr geräumig. Räume, bis auf Küche in gutem, modernisierten Zustand. Die Schränke in der Küche sollten dringend innen und außen gereinigt werden. Deckenbeleuchtung ist im Schlafzimmer nicht vorhanden. Balkon gehört dringend grundgereinigt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Sehr schöner Pool in unmittelbarer Nähe, mit genügend natürlichen Schattenplätzen für die Liegen. Umkleide und Toilette ebenfalls am Pool vorhanden. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage sorgt für ein kühles Auto. Jeder Zeit wieder! Barbara und Thomas

perfect countryside retreat

we did a lot of research before choosing this unit. we chose it for the location, the view and the pool. it did not disappoint. the balcony and view were stunning. the one bedroom layout worked very well for us. the unit was cool and spacious, and we loved its simplicity. we were happy to come home after a full day of sightseeing. also it’s location between Nice, Vence, St. Paul de Vence, Antibes and Cannes was perfect. we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property, needs refreshing

Lovely apartment, however it is very tired looking and needs refreshing urgently. The inventory is outdated (2019) and doesn’t reflect the state of the property. We had to buy our own cups as ones provided were stained and well used. Plates were chipped and cracked. The binding on canopy on the terrace was hanging off. It was very difficult to open the L/H door onto the terrace. There was a hole in the wall above switches in the hall. Security lock on front door broken. The key for the grill in the bedroom is broken and on the floor. This is a lovely apartment that has been neglected and doesn’t deserve it’s premium rating at present.

Perfect stay in Vence!

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely apartment in Vence. We were happy to find it very walkable to town. The road was definitely uphill but only about a 15 minute walk. The view from the apartment and the terrace was beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. Vence is charming and perfectly located for day trips. I would definitely recommend this charming spot!

Beautiful view & lovely home

The home was comfortable & the view from the balcony was amazing. This is a beautiful part of the world & this condo gave us a home base from which to enjoy it. We had a little communication snafu about the code to enter the gated community but the property owner got back to us very quickly even though she was out of the country. There was some unfinished repair work going on but the owner communicated that to us ahead of time and offered us options. The owner was very thoughtful about visitors’ need. There was an umbrella & beach supplies & walking poles for walking the hills of Vence. There’s even a garage for a small car. Our stay was very pleasant & we would return.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung

Hervorragende Lage auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, mit sehr schönem Ausblick von der Terasse. Zu Fuß gelangt man gut in die wunderschöne Stadt Vence, eine Wegbeschreibung liegt in der Wohnung aus. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wenn auch nicht alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Für unseren Geschmack war das Bett zu niedrig und die Matratze zu weich, aber das ist wie gesagt Geschmackssache. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

A nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Vence. The apartment is a good size and well equipped with everything you would need. The pool was lovely especially as the weather was so hot. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and take in the beautiful view. We felt there needed to be an air conditioner in the bedroom as only the lounge had an air conditioner which wasn’t strong enough to cool the whole apartment. The bedroom had a fan but it was still to hot for us. Also be careful if you go on the balcony not to close the door behind you as you will get locked out there!

We had a very lovely stay here in Vence and the apartment was perfect. Large terrace with beautiful views over to the sea. Walking into Vence in the evening for a meal was perfect at the end of the day. We loved the area and the incredibly pretty hilltop towns. A very relaxing two weeks at the beginning of summer. Perfekte Unterkunft und Lage

Die Einrichtung und auch der Dachterrasse (mit Blick auf das Meer) haben uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten und es war alles sehr gut erklärt. Vence ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen und den einen oder anderen Besuch sicher Wert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

Aufenthalt im Apartment mit Meerblick

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Apartment geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Der Blick von der Terrasse war wunderbar und zu dem hübschen Ort Vence waren es 20 Min Fußweg.Der Pool , ab 1. Mai zu nutzen was gepflegt und groß, so dass man richtig gut schwimmen konnte.Der Service der Agentur und eine Willkommensüberraschung war sehr gut.Einzelne Probleme wurden kulant gelöst .MfG S. Parfait

Appartement à tous points de vue parfait : vaste, lumineux, grande terrasse avec vue superbe, très bien équipé, environnement très calme. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse, l’efficacité et la prévenance de Sandrine la représentante locale des propriétaires. Seul petit bémol ; toutes les informations concernant l’utilisation de l’appartement comme les conseils pour bien visiter la région sont exclusivement rédigés en anglais et donc pas toujours bien compréhensibles pour qui ne maîtrise pas cette langue.

Une merveilleuse expérience

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines dans l'appartement d'Anna. Une propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses locataires. L'appartement est très bien agencé avec des pièces spacieuses, une vue magnifique de la terrasse sur la baie de cagnes/mer, Nous avons séjourné en septembre, à un moment plus calme et quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter d'une aussi grande piscine presque pour nous seuls. La piscine est en plus tout proche de l'appartement ce qui apport un confort supplémentaire. Si comme nous vous êtes sportifs alors vous serez servis, car vous êtes au pied du col de Vence, et au pied de randonnées splendides. La région offre en plus une multitude de sites et lieux touristiques à visiter (St-Paul de Vence, Grasse, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Nice, Monaco). Anna, merci grace à vous nous avons vécu une expérience merveilleuse mais finalement 3 semaines c'est trop court :).
