gracias por su comentario Dolores, es muy importante para nosotros, como pasamos poco tiempo en los apartamentos podemos omitir detalles importantes, nuestros apartamentos duplex son muy atipicos lamentamos mucho que nu fue totalmente a su gusto, no dude en venir a la recepcion y compartir con nosotros cualquier incomodidad que pueda encontrar durante una proxima estancia, si hubiéramos tenido conocimiento de su situacion hubieramos podido proponerle otro typo de alojamiento o un colchón adicional para el sofá cama y podríamos haber pedido a nuestro técnico que pase a revisar y reparar su ducha, sin embargo estamos felices de que le haya gustado la ubicacion central de nuestro hotel. Hola, entiendo en su mensaje la importancia del ascensor para sus ojos, y nos disculpamos por las paradas que tuvieron lugar durante su estadía. Las piezas eléctricas se cambiaron en septiembre, y se espera que las nuevas configuraciones eviten estas paradas que todos lamentamos y que nuestro equipo se movilice para resolver estos problemas lo antes posible (hasta donde sé, esto nunca ha durado) más de 3 horas) y para ayudar a los clientes que solicitan una ayuda (sin embargo, es necesario preguntarlo, sin duda). No menciona su estancia en otro lugar, nuestra ubicación o nuestro servicio, la limpieza o el equipamiento de los apartamentos. Espero que le convenga, como es habitual para nuestros clientes. Dear Kim, we are sorry your stay did not match your expectations, we are a 2 stars aparthotel and we do our best to give the best services to our guest, we are sorry you had problems with the facilities in your apartment, please believe that if we had know this during your stay we would immediately asked our technicien to fix it, after your departure our cleaning team reported this issue to us and so we fix it right away, we are sorry the scaffolding bothered you, this work is required for the safety and maintenance of the building and it is beyond our control, nonetheless we are glad you liked our location.Best regards
