Beautiful view and central location, this Vrbo was perfect for our honeymoon trip to the South of France, we were able to easily take day trips and enjoyed the sunset on the balcony. Clean, had everything we needed and they were very flexible with our late check in time. Highly recommend this property!

Loved the location and especially the views from the balcony. Very clean and had everything you might need for your stay including seats and umbrella for the beach. Everything is as described. Only minor negatives were very little space in the bedroom and perhaps needed a grab rail to assist in getting in and out the shower if you are getting older. Would highly recommend this apartment for a couple of adults and perhaps kids but maybe too small for four adults to be totally comfortable.

The view was breathtaking! We enjoyed early mornings and evenings out on the porch. Luzminda was wonderful. She met us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. Any question we had she answered very quickly. The only reason for the 4 on location is that if you want to be able to walk around all shops/restaurants and not worry about transportation it would be limited. Once you learn the trams/trains it was very easy to get around. The local restaurant/grocery was nice when not wanting to grab a tram. Would highly recommend!Thank you

The apartment is small, but very well furnished and there was nothing lacking in equipment. It is on both bus and tram routes into Nice centre, and an enjoyable walk as well. First time we’ve stayed in this part of Nice, and the sea view was worth it.

Our stay in Nice was absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — everything was just a short tram or bus ride away, with grocery stores and restaurants conveniently within walking distance, and only steps from the famous Promenade. The host and caretaker were exceptionally responsive and cooperative, making us feel completely at ease. This was the perfect place to use as our base while exploring Nice, and if we return, we would choose this place again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Omg, the view…:) Judy and Luzminda are the consummate hosts. Mere steps away from the bus stop, right around the CB corner from L2/L3 tram lines - great location. And omg, the view!!! Will absolutely stay again if we return to Nice.

Very comfortable and the owner did a tremendous job of providing everything that could be needed. Her housekeeper was easy to coordinate with for our arrival & the apt as clean and had a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Wonderful stay, beautiful location and our greeter was fantastic. She was so thorough in all instructions, as well as the owners "book" of information in the apartment. The view is unbelievably gorgeous, we jumped into the water each night as it was well over 90 degrees during our stay; with that said the AC worked great:)

Great stay in Nice

Pictures are accurate of what we experienced in person. The view from balcony is amazing. Luzminda was waiting for us at check in. She was so nice and welcoming. Very nice that coffee, milk, and wine were already there waiting for us. The AC worked really well. This was helpful as highs were in the 90s everyday. Apartment is close to two tram stops. Also, great supermarket and boulangeries are literally minutes walking distance. We went to Monaco and Ventimiglia. Very easy as we took the tram to Grand Arenas stop and then walked across the street to Nice St Augustin train station. Recommend this as you will get on train before the masses get on at Niceville station. The bed was comfortable and the fan was nice to keep air circulating. Bathroom was good size for European standard. A nice bonus was we got front row seats to watch the France Ironman on Sunday. We could get to old town Nice via tram in about 15 minutes. We also went to Matisse museum via tram and bus. Very easy. You can get to airport easily by tram but we did Uber because of luggage. Literally took about 5 minutes to get to airport. We would stay here again. Apartment was clean, and Judy and Luzminda were quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Nice! Not only does it have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, it also kept us entertained by watching various airplanes take off and land. The wine and cold water was a sweet treat after traveling all day. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

perfect getaway!

The view is absolutely amazing, is located directly across the street from the beach and super close to public transportation! The only downside is we didn't see much of Nice because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach and the balcony view!

On the beach

The property was as advertised in the video. There is a tram around the corner that offers easy transport. The proximity to the beach is great. Be prepared for a noisy stay from continuous traffic on the street, and an surprisingly busy airport. Check in with Luzminda was a breeze. Communication with Judy was also very quick. The bed was a bit soft for me but my husband loved it and there was no roll into the middle issue. The furniture isn't very comfortable but it's functional. If you're going for beach it's a perfect location. If you're going to explore Nice and enjoy it's night life and restaurants it is a bit out of the way. Parking was a major problem. Fortunately Judy responded quickly to this issue directing us to a parking garage as there is limited access on the street with only 2 hr parking during the day so you can't park and leave it. If you don't need a car for other purposes, don't bring one to Nice! The proximity of the parking garage though lead us to a fabulous restaurant called the Potiron Bistro. Treat yourself to an amazing culinary experience. Michelin quality for sure! We enjoyed our 4 day stay but would likely stay closer to the city centre next time.

Beautiful view!

The view was beautiful! We enjoyed the 30 minute walk along the boardwalk to get to the old center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Overall I had a very nice stay at this apartment. Very clean, pristine view and bus right out the front door. The problem was with check in. I had to wait an hour in a drafty lobby (with no chairs) for a cleaner to let me into the apartment. The caretaker had a health issue and could not meet me. Once the cleaner arrived she was apologetic and even gave me a bus pass to top off. She showed me all things in the apartment. I dropped my luggage since the apartment was not ready for me yet. All in all I would stay here again.

Another brilliant stay in Nice

The location is excellent and transport and local shopping is a breeze! We have stayed in appointments along the Promenade De Anglaise every year since before the pandemic and it never fails to amaze us! We are looking forward to returning later in the year !
