Very clean, well appointed room and quiet. It is in a great location if you visiting wineries. It is in the basement of a home in case mobility is an issue. However, the hosts were very clear about that in the listing and in following email communication. It was good value for those of us who are budget conscious. A nice stay!

What was unique about the property is that you are offered a chance to cancel on 24 hours notice (via email) in case you do not realize that the suite is well below ground level. Misunderstandings could be avoided if the photos were not aimed downward to avoid showing the tiny windows to the outside, near the ceiling. Having said that, the proprietor was very friendly and helpful while the location and size of the suite provided good value.

The vineyard haven was a quaint basement rental( bedroom/ living room, bathroom & the kitchen has microwave & coffee maker & eatin accessories) . It was clean. Access to local wineries was easy, as well as the heritage centre. Very picturesque. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was extremely helpful and available .

No tv connection was cold to chilly with space heater. Owner never reached out to make sure everything was ok. Little different being in the basement was clean well decorated well ( said could of used our own phone for hookup did mot think ee should do that) however still a basement and with no tv quite boring. Was convenient for driving to niagra on the lake and wineries

Check in was easy once I received the info. It is very centrally located. Bed was very comfortable. The unit was a little to cold for us. I would also recomend replacing the chair in the front garden. The arm is separated from the back making it a safety hazard. Over all we had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at Vineyard Haven, it was the perfect home base for our winery and falls adventures. The host was great and gave us a few suggestions of wineries and was very responsive and helpful with the bikes we rented from him.

First time

We went by the price and two pictures but will definitely look for more information on booking again. The Wine Cellar was an appropriate name as this was a basement redone as cheap as possible to rent out. Bare minimum was met in many aspects of the rental. Shower was large with only a trickle of water out of the showerhead. Hot water was hard to adjust for in the shower. TV only works with an Iphone. Electrical was a bit scary with light switches up stairs and extension cords in use. I would think this is a very low grade rental for a Verbo recommendation.

We could not find the property. Attempted to contact hosts. We were told they would send us directions; they never did. The address 1441 Niagara Stone Road does not exist. We attempted to contact Expedia but was told the reservation number was invalid. I want an IMMEDIATE REFUND. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.
