La Vignette, Dog Friendly Bungalow Close to the Lakefront

La Vignette is a beautifully remodelled bungalow home, with a fully furnished back porch and deck with lots of seating to relax and enjoy with friends and family. Lots of mature gardens and space will make this a bonus area for you to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by trees and bushes for your privacy and for the safety of your pet. Prices are subject to change daily.



-3 Bedrooms – 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds

-2 Bathrooms – Walk-in shower ensuite and walk-in shower (with heated floors)

-Hosts up to 6 guests (including infants and children)

-Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, contactless check in

-Dog friendly (one adult dog - $100 pet fee; a portion of the pet fee goes to support our local pet rescue - Angel's Rest)

-High speed WiFi and TV in living room and each bedroom with cable channels



Upon entering La Vignette, you will notice a closet for your coat and outdoor gear! From there you will see a formal dining room and the kitchen. The Dining Room has a large glass table with French doors that lead to the backyard. The backyard space boasts a tranquil oasis for you to BBQ and relax while enjoying one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s finest wines.



The Kitchen has granite countertops and all kitchen equipment for cooking or serving:



-Drip-coffee maker, French press coffee maker, and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started

-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher

-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths

-Salt and pepper



A breakfast bar can be enjoyed while having your morning coffee and watching the cook prepare a wonderful breakfast. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, or you can always order take-out and serve it like you made it yourself!



Just past the kitchen is a warm and wine inspired living room area which includes a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and an amazing wine barrel end table. There is also an area for you to sit and play games or cards with a breathtaking view of the front gardens.



Off the living room are two bedrooms featuring Queen beds with pillow top mattresses and quality linen and pillows which makes these bedrooms comforting and inviting. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV.



The highlight of this spectacular home is the primary bedroom with a king sized bed including a memory foam top for your comfort. A barrel chair is in the nook of the bedroom for those avid readers! Enjoy the flat screen TV, and plush pillows. The primary bedroom also boasts an ensuite with walk-in shower, and heated floors!



There are French doors from the bedroom to the back deck. This bedroom offers lots of privacy and space and includes an office area for those who still need to work!



Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.



The laundry room is located in a closet just outside the primary bedroom and has a stainless-steel washer and dryer for your convenience. Supplies are on us:



-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets



The main bathroom is right across from the laundry and includes a full-body walk-in shower and heated floors..



Our location really offers a total Niagara-on-the-Lake experience. We are a short walk to the Niagara-on-the-Lake golf course and Queen Street which has the most wonderful boutique shops and amazing restaurants.

The house is also within walking distance to Ryerson Park which is the best place to see sunsets and the skyline of Toronto across Lake Ontario.
