Great place! Walking distance from the Falls :) The room was very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable although a little small for us since we’re used to sleep in a king size bed. Sunny was very nice and welcoming!The breakfast was good and we really appreciated! We recommend and thanks again Sunny!

Great price. Friendly and joyful host with great communication. Nice breakfast each morning with 6-8 other guests. Rooms are all on second floor... so steps. 1 1/2 blocks to convenient "We Go" bus line. Also free parking on site. Bathroom was tiny but shower water was always nice and hot and nozzle had good flow. Just a wondersful place to call home while enjoying the Falls!

Our stay was quite enjoyable: Getting to the B&B was super easy, the check-in process was simple and well explained, the room was small but very cozy, we started each morning with a well prepared and enjoyable breakfast from Sunny (our host), and we decided to walk to and from the Falls each day which allowed us to keep our daily exercise routine active. There are minor opportunities for improvement (the bathroom could use a wall-mounted vanity mirror w/cabinet, the air conditioning unit could be mounted on the wall to allow for more floor space for luggage, a wall-mounted TV could be added inside the room) however they did not subtract from the excellent service and comfortable setting. Thanks for all of the suggestions on Niagara Falls area activities. Spot on.

Pleasant & relaxing

It is a very quiet area. We were happy to stay in the living room after breakfast for a quiet reading time. Sunny, the host, was always helpful, smiling and ready to assist. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. First time visiting Niagara Falls. We were able to walk to the Falls (25 min.)Thank you Sunny

Strathaird Bed and Breakfast

First time in Niagra Falls, Ontario. Wonderful trip! Stayed at the Strathaird B&B for two nights. Lovely old home with four upstairs rooms, each with private bath. Super clean, comfy bed, fluffy towels. Sunny is a gem! She made a delicious breakfast every morning. My husband is Celiac and did a great job with his dietary needs. She is always available but not at all intrusive. We could have walked to the Falls but chose to drive. She gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Truly made some wonderful memories here! Such a cozy place to stay. We loved it at Strathaird B&B. Thank you, Sunny, for sharing your home with us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny’s B&B. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome in her cozy home. All the little extras made it even more special.
