Not at all 4 stars
This hotel is by no means a 4 star hotel. It is really run down and in need of serous renovation. The AC was very noise and kept us from sleeping, the room was smelly and with old furniture. The staff didn’t help us at any moment. Stay in other hotel if possible.

Hotel lindo solo que el buffet no es muy bueno y el Espacio es muy pequeño y huele demasiado a tocino! Las almohadas muy duras y pequeñas. Excelente ubicación Galletas recién horneadas en las tardes deliciosas

Stay away!!!! This was easily one of the worst experiences for me. This hotel is run down! The TOILET seat was old and broken!!! The water pressure was non existent. The staffs are certainly uninformed on how to treat the guests. So happy that it was only one night!

Overall facilities were clean and good. The bed needed to be replaced sagged on the right side and not comfortable. But everything else was good with our stay.

One of best stays. I read some negative reviews and totally not true. The ceiling pipes are safety sprinkler system and not noticeable unless you look directly at the ceiling. This is a green hotel which means the a/c or heater operates only when there are people in the room. So it takes about 30 to get the room to your temperature setting. The beds are super comfortable and the free breakfast is excellent. It is 5-10 walk to falls. Walk to rainbow bridge is 10min. Bridge walk takes less than 10 min. Security check time depends on how busy it is. Overall, we love it.

Loved the boutique aspect of the hotel. Loved the architecture and interior. Great view of the city from the very top floor. My only comment would be our bathroom. There was a bit of black mould in some of the grout lines and in the shower floor corners.

The Giacomo Was a very nice place definitely my style. Breakfast was good the host was friendly and the check in was fast and easy.. Besides the room the sky room was my favorite would definitely recommend

The sheets and blankets had tears in them and discovered at checkout there was stains from a previous stay on the comforter and the sheets

I have never been to a hotel with such an AMAZING staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room was wonderful as well. A quick walk to the casino and a few great restaurants.

We love this property, everything is walkable, falls are 4 minutes away walking! If you go to 18 floor you have a view to the falls i love it! Staff super friendly and room super super clean! Parking easy! I do recommend this hotel if you are looking to be near the falls! Family environment as well! Love staff! Love the food, breakfast was delicious!

This is an Art Deco property from 1920 that has not changed much over the years. Really cool building. It was pretty slow during my visit. The view from the top SkyView 19th floor longue was amazing.
