Wonderful getaway

We chose this property based on prior reviews of the suite and hosts, and we were not disappointed! It was outside all of the hustle and bustle of popular attractions, but reasonable distance to travel to many places, including Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Toronto. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable space for our family. The communication with the house was outstanding; they answered all questions promptly and made the check and check out process a breeze! Highly recommended!

Extended stay

Being here for an extended period of time necessitated a feeling of being home. This property afforded us that feeling. Coming home every evening to a quiet retreat in an equally quiet and well kept neighborhood made all the difference and allowed for relaxation after a long day. Ww would definitely consider staying here again.

Welland stay

The location is perfect for proximity to the Welland paddling race course, restaurants, groceries. Anything you require for your stay is close at hand. A great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. The check in process was very easy. The property owners were very responsive to our question prior to our stay, during our stay and afterward. The inside was clean. The linens on the beds were clean and fresh.

The property was exactly how the owners indicated. Very pleasant quiet and friendly area. 15 proximately 20 minutes from Niagara falls easy transition. My family and I enjoyed all four day vacation from Pennsylvania I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Nice place

My sister, my mom and I were very comfortable at this property. Perfect size for us and excellent location to shops and groceries. All beautiful appliences and in excellent working conditions. Beautiful bathroom and we really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. The communication with the host was excellent and good price for value!

Awesome Place, Awesome Location

What a fantastic place! It was the two of us for a week-long getaway to check out the Niagara area, and we couldn't have been happier with what we got! We literally, were all over the Niagara region - Niagara-on-the-Lake, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Port Maitland, St. Catharines...and this was the perfect 'home base' for us. Everything inside was comfortable and clean, and the check-in process was super easy and super convenient (which was great, because we wound up getting in late our first night). There was a lot within walking distance, and we enjoyed our walks along the river, and the short jaunts into Welland to look at the shoppes downtown. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt like being 'home'. And we loved being able to come back and relax in the evenings. Everything was just perfect (and it was nice to have a full-sized fridge for all the treats we found on our jaunts! LOL)! As for Mike and Felix, we really couldn't have asked for better hosts. While we didn't get an opportunity to meet them in person, they were excellent communicators and whenever we had a question, we had our answer within the hour - always friendly and polite! We definitely were sad leaving this morning, but we are also super relaxed, and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The next time we are in the Niagara area, we will definitely be getting in contact with Mike and Felix again, because we definitely would rent this place again. Trust us, you won't be disappointed!! ^_^

Amazing Place!

I cannot recommend this place enough, if you need somewhere to stay in the Niagara Region, this is the place for you! Both bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, the kitchen has all the essentials you could need and the hosts are very accommodating and responsive, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you again Michael and Felix!

Great home away feom home.

Place was very clean and well taken care of with all the amenities. Bed was comfy and kitchen was set up with everything to host a nice dinner with family. House has three seperate suites with one accomodating 10 people. All units were booked and when there were concerns of noise Host was very good at acting quicky and addressing quests. Will stay again when in area.
