Es una excelente opción para alojarse y disfrutar de una impresionante vista panorámica de las cataratas del niagara. La habitación nos pareció muy cómoda. Deben mejorar el servicio de limpieza. Necesitan “sentido de urgencia” con las solicitudes que se hacen. El personal de checkin es muy atento. Hay parqueo y checkout express. Volveremos a alojarnos en este hotel en nuestra siguiente visita.

Repay for a room with a view that was pre paid
I've paid a room with a view to the river (part of the falls); They gave me a room in the 4th floorand the view from the window was a roof from somewhere in the 3rd floor. I came down and asked to be changed, they tried many excuses but at the end I was switch but not before having to make and extra payment. Everything else was fine and a they have a great location.Probably that's why they don't care much about customer care, specially the Indian lady at the front desk who checked me in.
