Not luxury, but a nice place to stay

This is a very old home and very interesting. I would not list it as a luxury apartment, but it was very nice. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the Falls. The one recommendation I would have is to install a safety bar in the shower as it is a very high step in tub/shower.

Perfect location

Loved our stay. Older building but apartment was all remodeled and very clean. Kitchen had basics and pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals. Within walking distance to Niagra Falls and attractions. That was very nice as parking is very limited along the parkway. There was no way to enter or exit the backdoor and lock it behind so had to park in back and walk around to the front. Not a big deal. There are a few stairs to enter as was described in the listing.

Not As What It Seemed

The couch was different from the pictures and the couch that was in our room wasn't the best and we didn't sit on it. It was for a bday weekend and the candle and other things that were in the pictures were not there when we arrived. The pictures made me select the room, but viewing in person was a different stroy.

Wonderful Niagara Falls Place

Easy walk to Niagara Falls. Super close to Bird Kingdom and the Rainbow Bridge. Definitely get the WEGO bus pass for attractions, its included in the Adventure Pass fir 3 days that gave us a full experience of Niagara. The apartment is super clean and in a quite neighborhood. Kitchen is was perfectly stocked with nice utensils and really nice cookware. and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Very clean, good location, comfortable stay

Excellent rental for us to explore the Niagara Falls area. The rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did a ton of exploring from restaurants in downtown Niagara Falls to all the sightseeing locations, and we felt ideally located. We parked in our car the entire time in the rental's off street parking spot and took public transportation everywhere, even a convenient shuttle to Niagara in the Lake. I would highly recommend this clean, quiet rental to anyone looking to spend time in the area.

Great location

Our stay was delightful. The quarters were very good and met our needs. A huge benefit to us was that it was just across the Rainbow Bridge and within walking distance to see both the American and Canadian Falls as well as to restaurants and other attractions. The onsite person, whom I believe his name is Mike, was very helpful with attractions and restaurants. His recommendation to have our anniversary dinner at the Weinkeller more than met our expectations! The dinner was well prepared and the service was impeccable. We would definitely stay at this VRBO location again. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely Gorgeous!!!!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Quite/nice neighborhood. This apartment is much bigger than shown online. The front glassed in patio is a bonus. Close to the Falls and in walking distance to many things. Easy access to enter apartment. Very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again if we're in Niagara Falls again. Thanks for sharing your immaculate apartment with us.

40th Anniversary Niagara Trip

Would stay again. Great for visiting, but not so for day of rest. Bed is excellent (especially for one with back aches). Other furniture not so great (couch is flaking apart due to age with flakes getting on clothes, etc. Quite the nuisance.) Still , I highly recommend over more expensive hotel rooms. Smartly updated older house.
