No me gusto no tenían piscina, un poco sucio el gym , no hay aviso para notificar donde se encuentra el gym , las máquinas de hielo no producen casi hielo , uno de los elevadores no funciona correctamente en ocasiones provoca inseguridad

No me gusto nada NADA. Jamás me volvería a quedar en este Hotel ni se lo recomiendo a nadie. 1. Por el precio que paga no lo vale este Hotel lo que vale en las condiciones que se encuentra es $1 2. Ingiene tiene (-10 ) negativo cero. Esta bien sucio en TODAS sus áreas como las Afuera, Lobby, Habitaciónes todo asquerosas (SUCIAS)con manchas no se puede decir nada que estuviera Limpio 3. Las Alfombras negras y muchassss manchas como que nunca les han dado un shampoo a las alfombras, las Cortinas Habitación y Cortinas del Baños eran blancas pero lucían de color negra (puse un ejemplo de la cortina de la habitación por Internet y como lucen en personas sucias negras, como que nunca las habían lavado algo tan simple. 4. Paredes Sucias con muchas machas y polvos como que llevan meses sin limpiar 5. El mobiliario (muebles) de la Habitación sucia de comidas y polvo que llevan semanas sin pasarle un paño limpio. 6. El baño sucio puertas y tablillero donde ponen las toallas su apariencia que nunca se le había pasado un Paño donde se veía la costra y polvo, sucio acumulado, donde ponían las toallas para secarnos con ellas 7. Me caí de la bañera tratando de que la cortina no me tocara mi cuerpo de lo sucia que estaba la cortina y la bañera resbala sin ningún tipo de seguridad en el piso de la bañera. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN MI VIDA les regale mi dinero No habría otra oportunidad en quedarme en este Hotel. Ya que estuve leyendo los Rewiew y llevan meses las huspedes qu

La piscina esta sucia, el baño de la habitación olía feo, las instalaciones en general se ven viejas y sucias. No hay muchas opciones para el desayuno y lo estan vigilando cuándo uno desayuna. Muy feo en realidad. Lo único que me gustó fue que la habitación era grande.

El lugar estaba horrible apestaba los cuartos tenían poca igiene. Lo mejor q estaba era el baño. Nos dio picor y los pasillos aprestaban mucho a cigarrillo y a perro mojado. Nos fuimos a quedar 7/8/21 y nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel y perder 190. 00 de la primera noche. Realmente las fotos no es lo que aparenta

Opcion a hoteles mas cercanos a los lugares de tur
Muy bien. Aunque yo queria hospedarme en el hotel de Holiday's mas cercano a las cascadas del Niagara, si habia uno mas cercano pero no me dejaron la opcion mas que en el que nos hospedamos. Pero por lo demas todo bien.

The whole community area smells like the pool. Jetted tub didn’t work. And, the walls are paper thin. Our neighbor had his tv blaring all night. No water in the room. Never again. : (

TV in my room did not work. Went to the desk 4 times. They blamed the cable box but did nothing to assist. The breakfast was well done and service staff was very nice.

The customer service was amazing especially Lynette she was amazing. Never been at at Hotel with such an amazing person. All other staff were great as well. Breakfast was awesome

Beds were comfortable, pillows were good. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of the room was not good, lots of dust on the floor lamp, dusty by microwave, side/base of bed was dirty (visible plaster of something)…cleaning needs improvement!!! Three people checked in and there was only one coffee cup and two coffees in our room. The body lotion was empty which tells us it was previously used by another guest…tissue box was completely empty, not even one tissue! Normally Holiday Inns are good, including this location, was surprised by the condition of the room.

The place is great. But if you actually plan on sleeping I wouldn’t stay here. We stayed up most of the night due to kids screaming and running the halls. And when we called to ask nicely to make them stop from continuously waking our 3 year old, they found out it was us and repeatedly knocked on our door and wall for the next hour. Nothing was done about it. First and last time I’ll stay here.

The staff was fantastic. Bobby especially made us feel looked after. He was funny, personable and always helpful. We were disappointed with our room because we were made to wait to check in and our room was definitely not cleaned properly. Garbage still all over the floor. The walk in shower flooded the entire bathroom floor because the lip to shower wasn’t angled enough to keep the water in.

Our overall experience was satisfactory, the room was outdated, the bathroom was dirty including the tub. We were on the 1st floor which was noisy, also our neighbours were loud and disruptive. Will not stay here again.
