We're only 7 minutes from Old Fort Erie, 1 minute from the boat ramp, and close to Niagara Waterfront Park, making it the perfect spot to explore the area's natural beauty.

    Our newly built home features breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The house includes:

It's a very beautiful, clean and peaceful area to stay, the water front was a beautiful place to visit every morning. My favorite moment was sitting and watching the sunset. I will love to stay here again and recommend this to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay.

The house was amazing, with quick, easy access to everything! It was spacious with everything we needed. The house was warm, but after a quick response from the host, it was set to the right temp for us.

The residence was clean and well maintained. Kitchen supplies were above and beyond. The whole experience was much nicer than getting a hotel room.

Stayed with my husband, along with another couple who are close friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Charming and Cozy Townhome.Location was great, the home is very bright, neat, clean and inviting. They gave us wonderful advice of options for meals as well as places we could visit to make our holiday memorable and we couldn't be happier with our choice.Thank you to our hosts for your lovely hospitality. We will surely be back for another visit some day soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Beautiful and very clean home. All the amenities were included. The host was very helpful. Found it very comfortable for our family. Great location and easy to access from the highway. Highly recommended staying at this location.

2025 Niagara Falls trip

Anna was amazing with communicating before arriving, the drive along the river as was suggested was loved by everyone. My husband absolutely loved the layout of the house and did I. Everything was thought of for our stay.

This is a nice clean and cozy spacious townhouse. Everything you see on the site is accurate. Anna and Roman thank you for opening up your home to my family. We had everything we needed for this spur of the moment New Year's Eve trip! Bedrooms had extra blankets and towels, the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates etc. Thank you Anna for always being responsive..you had great suggestions for viewing the fireworks at the falls, things to do with our teen girls and even guiding us to the right supermarkets! We really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again someday.

Location was excellent to all area attractions. Interior was very clean and had all necessary equipment.The only negative was the lack of cable to the one tv and the lack of TVs I the bedrooms. Which seniors watch to go to sleep.

A Beautiful Spot!

A group of friends and I had a wedding in the area and decided to make a weekend of it! We stayed here and had a wonderful time! Bringing our own groceries there was everything we needed to cook a "family" dinner and enjoy great company :) The large, double vanity in the primary bathroom made the experience of 3 girls getting ready for a wedding feel like what you'd see in a movie! I cannot recommend this cozy town home enough for anyone looking for a place to stay near Niagara Falls that is quiet and homey!

Great place

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Quiet neighbohood. Comfortable beds, very nice linens. Towels were terrific. Kithchen had plenty if plates etc. Awesome ice maker! Anna was very responsive to messages. Close to the falls and downtown attractions. Would highly recommend.

Nothing negative to say. Fireplace is a small electric one. That's the only thing that I wish would have been specified. We would have rented anyway but we were a bit disapointed by this. Other wise everything was perfect great host

Clean and Comfortable

The neighborhood is new, quiet, and safe feeling. The townhome felt new, clean, and cool: temperature-wise, very nicely air conditioned when we first arrived. The bathrooms are clean and nice, just like the photos for everything else. The kitchen is nice and has a quiet dishwasher. The beds are very comfortable, nice mattresses and supportive pillows. It is quiet inside the home, we did not hear the neighbors on either side. It is around a 22 minutes drive to the Whirpool Aero Car parking lot, if you plan to visit and do Niagara Falls activities. The hosts always replied to our messages within 20 minutes or less. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay for our three nights.

This was a great place to stay. The house was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable. In a nice and peaceful neighborhood and only a stone's throw from the water's edge. The wife and I woke up and took a walk down to the water and enjoyed the Sun shining through the Mist over the water. The location is perfect. Just a short drive in to Niagara and a lovely Drive following the Niagara River Parkway. Made it real easy to get in and out of Niagara. We didn't have a chance to try out the cuisine at the Lighthouse Restaurant, but we did walk past it and it looked like a great place. However we did grab a bite to eat down how to place called the commercial Roadhouse. It was a nice place and the staff were very kind and very helpful. All in all it was an amazing time for the short time we were here. Would definitely highly recommend staying here, already talking about possibly coming back in the future. Thank you once again Anna for providing your lovely home
