スタッフは優しくて本当に助かりました。

ホテルは普通に快適に利用させていただきました。それよりスタッフの対応が素晴らしく本当に助かりました。 この度ゴールデンヴィークでニャチャンに遊びに行ったのですが、ちょうど現地も連休でどのツアーもどのバスも満員で自分の力で予約できませんでした。仕方がなくホテルのスタッフたちに相談したら、いろんなところに問い合わせしてもらい、最終的に現地ツアーも長距離のバスも予約できて、旅行計画を遂行できるようになりました。 熱心で優しいスタッフたちに本当に感謝しています。今後機会があったらまた是非またこちらに泊めさせてください！

Dårlig service

Det var ikke en god oplevelse på dette hotel. Personalet var meget dårlige til engelsk og kunne ikke kommunikerer med os. De kunne ikke finde vores booking da vi kom og de bookede den forkerte udflugt til os

Hotel that caters to large groups or weddings.

Photo of pool area looks nothing like the actual area. It is so misleading it should be changed or taken down. In the four days of stay the pool area was closed twice due to weddings. This hotel closes public areas for private parties including pool area. Expect large buss tour groups at morning breakfast. Staff was friendly and tried to please.

Clean, quiet and good breakfast. reasonable price. But a little away from the Nha Trang Central which is downtown of Beach area, 70,000~90,000VND taxi distance(depending on the Taxi size) There are no stores nearby.

Тихое,чистое и удобное место.

Проживали с мужем 4 суток.В Нячанге мы не первый раз.В шумном,грязном европейском квартале жить уже не хотелось,поэтому выбрали эту часть города,о чем не пожалели ни разу.Отель расположен очень удачно.До остановки две минуты,до пляжа 5 минут.До рынка 15 минут пешком.Улица тихая и чистая.Много вьетнамских уличных кафешек с дешевой и вкусной едой.Также в 200 м от отеля в сторону рынка есть магазин,где хозяйка говорит по-русски и меняет валюту по курсу выше ,чем менялы в центре.И вообще, у неё хороший магазин.Надо отметить,что в этом районе мало,кто понимает русскую и английскую речь.Отель,в общем не плохой.Номер у нас был большим,светлым с видом на море и город.Ванная комната большая,но умывальник малюсенький,также было не удобно пользоваться феном.В ванной нет розетки,около зеркала в комнате её тоже нет.Там,где имеется розетка,нет зеркала.Завтрак не отличался большим разнообразием.Голодными мы,конечно не оставались.Про бассейн...Находится на земле,практически на дороге,вода холодная,территория не красивая.Купаться в нём даже не хотелось.В принципе,близость пляжа с хорошей купалкой( мы были в начале марта,в центре купаться нельзя из-за волн),бассейн нам и не требовался.Рекомендую этот отель тем,кто хочет провести отдых в тишине,чистоте и за небольшие деньги.

За те деньги, котрые мы отдали не самый лучший отель, но обслуживающий персонал хороший... Завтраки однообразные и поэтому не всегда на них ходили...в номере часто появлялись муравьи, если у вас Что-то немного капнуло на пол нужно было немедленно вытирать дабо избежать незванных гостей, из ванной периодически шел неприятный запах,поэтому всегда была включена вентиляция в ванной комнате, ванна не особо чистая, но зато понравился хороший напор воды и проблем с горячей водой никогда не было. До моря близко, но пляж конченный...как в принципе и во всем нячанге

Do not stay here

We stayed here after looking on Expedia and seeing the pictures of the hotel. We were very excited to stay at a nice hotel by the beach. When we got there, though, it was nothing at all like the website described it. There were vague similarities in the pictures, but they had for sure been altered for their website, and there were entire areas of the hotel (like the spa) that didn't even exist. In addition, it was not anywhere close to the city beach. Beyond that, the staff was extremely rude and let us wait in the lobby with our bags for about 10 minutes without even looking at us or talking to us. They had services and amenities listed in the hotel book in the room that they did not even have, and did not seem to know anything about them when we tried to ask them about it (such as the outlet adapters that could be provided upon request, as this was the one place we visited in Vietnam that randomly had different outlets than the rest of the country). they also would not give us vouchers for the complimentary buffet breakfast that was supposed to be included in our stay. Overall, we felt extremely uncomfortable to the point that we switched hotels the next day. I repeat- do not stay here!

Hotel rooms overall are clean and comforts. Price are budget reasonable. Good location to avoid noisy from central area. Good location for public transportation to visit the interesting areas.

Good rooms, mediocre service

Large, clean, bright rooms, moderately varied breakfast buffet (although really not much for vegetarians). Several things not too great: the pool is ok but rather heavily bleached, housekeeping is occasionally forgotten altogether, and the restaurant food is at best 'ok' and at worst they'll get your order wrong entirely. We were given the wrong room type when we arrived, which is about par for the course in Vietnam. The location is really not at all great. I thought "out of the way" would be a positive, and certainly the north beach is way cleaner than the south beach, but there are hardly any restaurants or shops around -- if you want anything other than crisps and biscuits you'll need to get a taxi into the centre.

Mixed experience

The street outside this hotel is currently undergoing major works. It is also a 40 minute walk from the main beach and town of Nha Trang, however, there is a nice beach nearby. Be careful when getting a taxi from the bus station, we were ripped off by the taxi driver who claimed it is a 10km trip to the hotel!The breakfast was nice, in a room facing the pool. Room was ok, however the air con unit was leaking water onto an electrical socket which was dangerous. We reported this to staff, they tried to repair it but could not. Staff standards were mixed, one lovely lady arranged our bus to Hoi An, and even came to meet us at the bus stop on her day off to ensure we got the bus ok. However, we asked another staff member about extending our stay for a few hours until our late night bus trip. He initially agreed a price, we paid. I then left the reception area, and he approached my friend, returned our money and asked for a much higher price. My friend did not know how to respond, however I was extremely annoyed at this, and I approached him and asked why the increase. He said his manager had said to increase the price. I asked to speak to the manager. He said the manager had phoned him to say it, I did not believe a word at this stage, thinking he was looking to pocket the extra cash himself, and asked him to phone his manager. Immediately he said sorry, my mistake, and charged us the original lower price. However he was not reflective of the staff as a whole.

Hotel pour maigrir et immersion Russe

Positif : Hotel super propre , belle chambre comfortable. Négatif: Une personne seulement parle anglais, le reste du staff impossible de communiquer avec eux, on vous salut en russe, nourriture vraiment la plus infecte de tout mon séjour au Vietnam et de loin (pourtant je ne suis vraiment pas difficile...) , loin du centre (c est ce que je cherchais mais il n a vraiment pas grand chose à faire) . Je conseil à tout le monde qu il veuille apprendre à parler russe et qu il veuille perdre beaucoup de poids!!!

Prima hotel met gratis upgrade

Het hotel ligt 4 km buiten het stadscentrum maar is overdag prima te doen met een lokale bus. In de avond dien je gebruik te maken van een taxi. In het totaal, heen en terug, ben je dan ongeveer $ 9 kwijt. Als je van rust houdt en van een rustig strand is het verstandig om dit hotel te kiezen.
