"This is a really beautiful place and the room was enormous and the layout was so in keeping with the heritage level of the building. There was a tea set for tea or coffee, a king sized bed, a sofa for relaxing and a bath. Total luxury!"

Super nice hosts, easy walk to the historic part of town, good wifi/tv, large, comfortable bed, wonderfully dark and quiet at night, easy parking. Gorgeous communal space - would be super if travelling or meeting with a group."

"Beautiful spot by the river with river walk and kayaks for hire - we stayed in pet friendly cabin with bunks for 5, fridge and good supply of crockery but lots of other camping options including lovely glam tents with private balconies overlooking the river - cool communal dining area with pizza oven and trays of pizza making - staff very helpful and allowed early check-in"

"Had a greatttt stay with my partner! The place was super clean and tidy, and I loved all the little extras like the toothbrushes with toothpaste, slippers, vanity pack, and other handy amenities. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming too. Will defffffinitely be coming back!😊"

"We stayed two nights and our luggage was opened, luckily we had not left anything valuable. In addition, we heard the footsteps from the upper room and the side rooms, there was no way to sleep."

"I really liked the room. Huge bed. I appreciated the ranch slider with a deck looking out into the forest. Very beautiful It almost felt like I was in a different country. Although a little dated, the room was well appointed and very clean. The only down side for me was the light from outside, even with the blind down the room was quite light. That could be a real plus for some people. Great communication and I’d be really happy to stay again. "

"Really loved our two day, centrally located, stay in KeriKeri but our Unit backed onto the 24hr McDonalds 'Drive Thru' so often heard when orders are being made & taken, especially in the quiet wee hours of the morning - invest in some good ear plugs... Apart from that, the Unit was nice & spacious, clean & comfortable with really lovely, helpful Staff..."

"Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. John ist sehr aufmerksam und gibt Tipps für Unternehmungen und Umgebung. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Kleine Küchenzeile ist auch vorhanden. Ich war in Einheit 7 und hatte von der Terrasse aus Blick aufs Wasser. Nur die Live Musik am Wochenende von nebenan hat etwas gestört aber das lag daran, dass die Dame einfach nicht singen konnte. "

"El lugar esta ubicado frente a la playa y muy cerca de y muy cerca de las playas más lindas. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El desayuno es muy completo y abundante en un salón frente al mar. La atención en el hotel es normal, lo básico. "

"We had a 2 bedroom / 2 ensuite apartment with 180 degree waterfront and beach views. Loved the sound of the rolling waves on the shore, but sadly a few hoons used the road in front as a drag strip. The apartment furniture was a little dated, but bathrooms and bed were top notch. It was also immaculately clean. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Russell ferry and shops. Superb friendly welcome with advice what to do in the surrounding area and was so accommodating. Quiet season (winter) but...
