"Had a great weekend in this tiny home. It's really well appointed and modern. Plenty of how water and a great shower. It was really cold while we were there, but had a heat pump so we were cozy. Takeaway and pub a short drive away in Tamahere. It was an easy short flat walk to the Te Awa River path which allowed us to walk to Hamilton Gardens in around 1 hour on beautiful boardwalks along the Waikato river. As it's a tiny home and the bed on the mezanine, you can't stand up in the bedroom, but...

"House was nice, spacious, clean, good bedding. No washing machine which would have been nice. We had a comfortable stay there. Unfortunately some communication issues so had frustrating couple of hours waiting for key code. But overall a nice place to rest."

The house is on a major road in Hamilton, but the traffic and noise was hardly noticeable give the distance away from the city center.Wi-FI was fast and stable. Kitchen had all the kitchenware and utensils I needed to cook and eat by myself. The washing machine was pretty small but it beat having to find a laundromat. "Spacious home. Large bedrooms to enable family to spread out.. so grateful for ducted air conditioning… stay was so comfortable. Home is well equipped with everything we could hope for.. from washing machine, dryer to hair straightener. Host was very accomodating and check in/ out so easy. "
