The room and facilities were superb we didnt want for anything. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were fabulous and friendly and nothing was too much bother, communication was tops notch. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked perfectly, i would not change anything about this place or its staff, we will return and i cant wait thank you Parkers house for a fabulous stay *****5star*****
Sorry for my mess, room was big and right in the middle of town.
tea and coffee making facilities with the cutest mini fridge for the milk. Lovely touch x
couch very comfy.

Amazing place

Been here 10 weeks in total and can honestly say one of the most comfortable and friendly b&b i have ever stayed in , and the breakfast is amazing. Then the is the staff and the owner , nothing is too much trouble, lovely.

Cosy comfort in Newtown.

Steep steps to the rooms but the room itself was fine with a very comfortable bed.

Excellent b and b, gorgeous decor, super clean. We were in room 7 and as 2 mid and late 70's we found the stairs a bit challenging but it wouldn't put us of from returning as we were very happy with our stay. We highly recommend Parkers B and B, try it, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely friendly staff. My colleague was working night shifts and Tina was especially helpful with the parking advice - it was really appreciated.

Lovely b&b

Lovely little B&B. No staff in attendance at night but not needed. You get a text with your check in door codes on the day. Very slick and no issues. Great spacious room. Lots of nice little touches (cake and decaf tea!) breakfast was excellent

Very disappointed would not go again.

Room 8 is not much bigger than a broom cupboard. Nothing like the room in the pictures. Certainly not worth the money. Only 1 chair and once bags were inside there was no room to walk around the bed very disappointing. Would have gone to a premier inn if we had know as their rooms are twice the size! Windows in the building opposite were only 3m away. So did not feel very private. It was clean and the decor was in good condition.

No reception or staff until breakfast. Fire safety

Very steep steps at entrance and narrow winding staircases on several floors inside.. difficult with suitcase. We’re elderly but not disabled. Anyone with walking difficulty should avoid this place. Dark basement for breakfast not inviting. Very concerned that 2 fire doors were propped open all night. No staff at all (except at breakfast) threats of being charged for phoning manager after 9pm.

The room is lovely but delegating check-in procedures is going to drag down your ratings. We received no information about how to enter the premises, how to turn the heat on, etc.which soured the whole effect of a lovely facility. The owner did rectify things but should beware of delgating important tasks to staff unfami,iar with the property.

Couldn't recommend the bed and breakfast enough. Tina and Hannah are amazing hosts and cannot do enough for you . Rooms are really comfortable and clean and breakfast is exceptional. I will be returning. Thank you .
