"This inn was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t know what to expect with the name, but it was great. We stayed in a room for six, the beds were comfortable and the restaurant downstairs was very convenient. We were able to order dinner and bring it up to our room. Breakfast was delicious! The only negative was no Air Conditioning, and it was warm in the room. They did provide a fan and we probably would have been fine opening a window because it was cool outside, but we didn’t want bugs to...

"This centrally located hotel is perfect for a trip in or around Morpeth. We were a group of four in two rooms. The rooms were large and spacious, and the beds comfortable and clean. The rooms and public areas would benefit from some decoration as they detract from the fantastic customer service the staff offers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area"

"Everything and all the staff were really great except for The Linden Tree Pub. Absolutely dire meal there. Would advise giving that a big miss. The Angler's Arms at Weldon Bridge is absolutely fab for evening meal. We all agreed best meal out ever. Breakfast at Linden Hall Restaurant was great too."

They were attentive, helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mack (I assume he was the duty manager) went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. "We arrived a couple of hours before check in, but we're welcomed by friendly staff who allowed us to leave our luggage. We were able to check in an hour earlier as the room was ready. Room was beautiful, homely and everything we needed. Bed and pillows really comfy. Bathroom was amazing with a rain shower, toiletries and fluffy towels and towelling robes.
