Our recent stay at this beautiful home near Sunday River Ski Resort was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and well-maintained everything was. The house easily accommodated our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.One of the biggest highlights was the lower level — the kids absolutely loved having their own area with the bunk room, a full entertainment space featuring a pool table, ping pong, and a large TV. The hot tub just outside was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.The main floor is truly the heart of the home, with a large open layout that combines a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and large comfortable living room — ideal for gathering together (watching the Olympics!!). And the view… simply breathtaking. It’s honestly one of the best views of Sunday River we’ve ever experienced.The master bedroom just off the living room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms worked perfectly for the two families staying on that level, giving everyone comfort and privacy.The quick and easy drive to the Sunday River slopes made mornings effortless, and we were lucky enough to have absolutely perfect weather during our stay — the cherry on top of an already amazing trip.We couldn’t recommend this home more. If you see availability, book it — you and your family will not be disappointed!

The house was very nice and exactly as stated. Very roomy for 8 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. September was a beautiful time to be in the area. We enjoyed the area scenic drives, chondala ride up the ski slope at Subday River Ski Resort. Mount Washington Cog Railway was an hour drive but worth it and the drive was very scenic. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Another Perfect Stay

This was our group's third time staying at this property and it was just as amazing as the prior two. We had all the check-in information prior to arrival. Everything was clean and organized and was not missing anything we could have expected. The house and property itself is amazing and makes for the perfect summer vacation. We love everything about this property and are looking forward to coming back again.

Amazing! From the moment we checked in (so easy!) to the moment we left, it felt like we were home. The house is gorgeous, large enough for everyone to be together but also find quiet moments if needed. Fully stocked with all amenities and communication with the owner was next level. They responded so quickly with any questions we had. The view was stunning every day and the pool was the highlight! Heated and pristine, everyone enjoyed the outdoor space. We are def going to be back!

Annual Family Vacation

This is the ninth year our family has gone on an annual vacation together. This year we chose Maine, this property was spacious and well maintained. We have five adults and four kiddos ages 16,12, 9 and 7. We loved the outdoor space pool, hot tub, grill, deck all with scenic panoramic views. Gaming room was great with the pool table, ping-pong table and we enjoyed puzzles and board games together. The owners were easy to reach and addressed any questions promptly.

Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, deck, and patio area.

Family Vacation

The perfect house for all of us to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone! The pool and hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of fly fishing on the nearby rivers!

Dream House!

We were so lucky to find this home for our vacation. The views were gorgeous and on sunny days,after skiing, the beautiful deck was the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed to have a vacation space EVERYONE was happy with. Every room was spacious and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook some family style meals. We would definitely go back to this gem!

4 Families - Great place

We had 4 families stay and had plenty of space. The game room downstairs and the bunk bed room was nice for a kids’ space. Ample room upstairs and in the kitchen for social space. We all enjoyed the stay.

Great Stay

Beautiful home with gorgeous views!

This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend this house for a great family vacation.

Amazing Property

This was our second stay at the property and it still cannot be beat. Everything was remarkably clean and incredibly well stocked. From the kitchen to the bedding to the pool towels I can't think of anything that we could have wanted that was not provided. Really a great experience for us.
