No steep and winding roads with difficult access of entry. We have the most breathtaking mountain view of 6 of the 8 peaks and ski trails at Sunday River from almost every window!

Our brand new kitchen has state of the art cabinetry, all new appliances, and gives you a great place to hang out with an open concept to our family room with fireplace. The chef in your group will be delighted to be able to prepare meals while still feeling a part of the day's excitement! The extra space in the game room offers another great space to hang out, watch TV and play ping pong.

Base price includes up to 10 people and 5 bedrooms (2 Kings/2 Queens/ 5th bedroom with 2 Twins. 12 people have 6 bedrooms with the additional being a King. Smaller groups may add this 6th bedroom on for an additional fee. Ask Julie for more details.
