Lovely apartment in a superb location for Fistral beach. Great view so you could check out the surf before heading out. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and in accommodating requests. Designated parking spot a bonus.The Fern Pit Beach Cafe was a great spot and an easy walk from the property.

Wir haben eine schöne, abwechslungsreiche Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf und ist ein guter Startpunkt für die Erkundung von Cornwall. Wir hätten uns einen Balkon gewünscht um den Meerblick besser zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei, freundlich und schnell. Jane hat sich um unsere Anfragen schnell und umfassend gekümmert.

Had a fantastic time in Newquay staying at this fabulous apartment, which really does provide a home from home experience and amazing views too. Situated next to Fistral Beach and with in walkable reach of all Newquay has to offer, the location was perfect for us, and our stay was comfortable beyond expectation. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing. Very clean and tidy. All the necessary utilities and furnishings. Very easy instructions and guidelines to follow. Easy and efficient communication with hosts. Nothing at all to do with you guys, but the public footpath down to the beach needs attention.

Just what we needed

Wanted a short break in the Newquay area - but not in the actual town centre. We enjoy walking , so the coastal path could take us into town, to the beaches or Pentire headland. Nice views and enough facilities to keep us happy.

Friends on holiday

The flat was lovely and clean, very comfy and with a lovely view of Fistral. We were travelling by motorcycle and the hosts went above and beyond to help with a parking complication. Just a lovely, relaxing stay. Unfortunately it was very stormy on our weekend, but knowing we had a warm, comfy flat to come back to every evening was great.

Great Homestay - Highly recommended

Lovely property. Clean, warm, cosy and well maintained. We stayed for Christmas and found the kitchen well stocked from foil, pots and pans, utensils and even spices available for use. Eco friendly with the recycling of your rubbish. The bed in the main bedroom was so very comfy and with a quiet location every night we had a good nights sleep. A nice thought that milk was in the fridge and Kipling cakes...nice touch. We loved this accommodation, location and communication with/from the owners was excellent. Highly recommended and we will be back again.

Lovely week

We loved our week in Newquay. The apartment is spot on and had everything we needed. Great to have a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Beds comfortable and cosy. Everything was perfect and we would love to. come back. Only one issue was car parking space was narrow and two vans had parked either side so couldn't get in easily but this wouldn't stop me from booking again.

A little disappointed

The entrance lobby leading to the apartment didn't smell clean. The apartment was OK, smaller than expected and hadn't been cleaned fully ahead of our arrival, we found sweet wrappers and crisps on the floor in different places, dust on surfaces, dirty windows inside etc. which wasn't a great first impression. The main room carpet didn't feel clean either. On the plus side, views of Fistral were good and the kitchen was well equipped, but small. Bedrooms and bathrooms were OK, however the shower tray in the en suite filled within 2 minutes of showering cutting the showers short and we then had to use the shower over the bath. We were a little disappointed because we were expecting better, probably based on other apartments we've stayed in locally. If the apartment was cleaned properly and modernised it would make a huge difference but we will not be staying again unfortunately.

Lovely apartment, great location

Perfect location is you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday. Walking distance to Fistral and beautiful views from the apartment. It had everything we needed in that apartment and having a parking space was great. Would love to stay here again.

Kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung von Jane entsprach absolut dem Inserat und wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort in Newquay verbracht. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man zum Leben braucht und alles war sehr sauber. Der Check In lief total problemlos dadurch dass der Schlüssel direkt am Parkplatz in einem Schlüsselsafe hinterlegt wurde. Ebenso war die Wohnung sehr leicht zu finden. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war alles reichlich vorhanden. Man hatte aus dem Wohnzimmer einen tollen Ausblick auf den Fistral Beach, leider fehlt ein Balkon, da man gerade mit kleinen Kindern auch mal Abends vielleicht noch draußen sitzen möchte. Aber dafür gab es ja einen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Wie gesagt das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Mit Kindern ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, zumal die Lage für Ausflüge zum Strand ( man läuft 10 min) oder für Ausflüge ins Umland perfekt ist. Wir hatten eine tolle sonnige Woche hier und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Cornish coast and cafes tour

The apartment with great views of Fistral beach was a perfect spot to use as our base for visiting more long beaches, wild flower-spread headlands and parts of the SW Coastal Walk. The neighbours were friendly too and gave us tips of local eateries, would definitely recommend this apartment
