Three ground floor bedrooms and two ground floor bathrooms mean The Breakers is ideal for those with limited mobility. Large hallway with huge glass doors to the garden, designed so it is possible to look right through the house from the garden to the headland and the sea. Lots of storage space with plenty of room for coats, shoes etc. Very large open plan living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen. Lounge area with sea views, 48 inch 3D Smart television, DVD player, sound system with Bluetooth and remote control gas flame fire. Dining area with sea views, large table and 10 chairs. Spiral staircase to mezzanine study with sea view and access to balcony. Spacious kitchen with views over the sea to front and the garden to rear, feature skylight, large American-style fridge/freezer with ice maker, breakfast bar, wine fridge, 6-ring induction hob, extractor, two ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, heated clothes airer, wet-suit hanging cupboard and access to the garden. Iron, ironing board, travel cot, high chair and hairdryer provided. Gas central heating throughout.

Ground floor twin children's bedroom with a bunk bed. Double sofa bed in the games room in the garden with WC and shower room. Family bathroom with bath, large shower enclosure, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Outside: Very private and sheltered, south-facing lawned rear garden, terraced with upper and lower patio areas, table and 10 chairs and large gas BBQ. Well-equipped games room / cinema room, featuring pool table and 50 inch smart TV with sound bar and XBox 360. WC and shower room. Hot tub - perfect for unwinding after a day's surfing, or enjoying a sundowner looking over the house to the sea. 2 beginner surfboards, and a selection of bodyboards. Lawned area to the front of the property with sea views. Large sea view balcony accessed from master bedroom. Private drive at the front of the property with parking for two cars. Private driveway at the rear of the property with parking for several cars.
