Amazing house, stunning views and Anne is a very responsive owner. We and our 8 adult guests had a fabulous time. The house is spacious and airy and is everything you could want from a very large seafront home. Real bonus to all have an en suite bathroom. Caterers came in to cook a 50th wedding anniversary dinner, which was amazing. Perfect venue for a large friends or family gathering.

Excellent House and Owners

Fantastic house in a great location. We had an amazing time with 4 generations of family members, something for everyone from under “one’s” to over “eighties”. Somewhere to relax for everyone with outstanding views from morning - night. Would highly recommend this house for a stay.

Amazing Family Weekend

We were looking for a large property big enough to celebrate a special anniversary that would be suitable for a variety of ages, and when we found Cliff House on the site it looked like it would more than fit the bill. And Wow, we weren't wrong! As soon as we entered the property it had the wow factor, and that continued as we explored the property. The space inside and out was perfect, plenty of room for our party of 14, the views from the large living spaces were amazing out over the Gannel, which changed with the tides and the weather. We were fortunate to have an amazing late summers day in September which enabled us to enjoy the outside spaces to their fullest. The bedrooms were comfortable and finished to a high standard, with the master having superb views, a dressing room and large bathroom with bath and shower. We made good use of the indoor pool and under cover hot tub, and even went down the private pathway to the beach for a stroll and quick dip in the sea! I have to say this is an amazing property which won't disappoint and was the perfect way to celebrate our party weekend. Communication leading up to our stay between us and the host was helpful and all queries were answred efficiently and fully. Would definately consider this property and host again for any large family events, Big thankyou to Anne from Kevin and Jayne

Best house in Newquay

The most beautiful property and views in all of Newquay, the house takes your breath away as soon as you walk in. Everything was spotless. The master bedroom and suite were just perfect. Anne is an amazing host, communication was great and she was available to help with anything, check in was easy and we were provided with all the information we needed. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful house, we will treasure the memories forever.

The Cliff House is an exceptional house particularly for us as a family with a very special event in Newquay to attend we all wanted to be together , the location is stunning , beautifully laid out and furnished , the host could not do enough for us pool and hot tub much used during our stay . What an amazing house - plenty of room, ideal location, great facilities. Grounds and home well kept and spotlessly clean. Everything you might need well thought out. Cliff House is amazing! This house is stunning, the views from every room are incredible. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Spacious home with breathtaking views

Cliff House is a wonderfully proportioned space with breathtaking views over the estuary and into the sea. The location is perfect for direct access to the beach below, wandering into Newquay or rambling along the nearby Headlands towards Fistral beach. The living areas are substantial with a huge tv for evening films with the family. We all slept amazingly in the large beds. The Master suite is worth highlighting with its spectacular views, dressing room, walk-in closet and v large bathroom. The swimming pool and hot tub are great features for family time, esp if the weather takes a turn for the worse. There’s also a summerhouse further down the plot to enjoy- really impressive when the estuary is full up! Finally, it would be remiss not to mention the hosts, Anne and Bruce. Attentive to every detail. Helpful beyond expectations and lovely people to have crossed paths with.

Throughly enjoyable stay, our contact with Anne was excellent, the house was wonderfully clean and the children really enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub. Excellent property and location.

Everything about the property is first class. A spacious well appointed home, light and airy very welcoming. Good living accommodation, 6 excellent bedrooms very comfortable. The views from the house are spectacular, it was the ideal location fir my family to celebrate my 80th birthday. Anne is an excellent host.

Once again our stay at Cliff House was truly exceptional, a five star experience…it’s beautiful. The new BBQ area with a fire pit was an added bonus. The view has to be one of the best views in Cornwall. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay special, we didn’t want to leave…we will be back!

Fabulous stay

We stayed at this property to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. Fabulous from the moment we walked in, I felt like crying as Cliff House was everything and more. The situation is amazing with beautiful views from every aspect. All the bedrooms were beautifully furnished and it was lovely for all to have their own en-suite. The swimming pool was enjoyed by the family and the hot tub was great. The summer house was the perfect place for pre dinner drinks. Lovely beach just at the bottom of the garden. We were blessed with amazing weather and spent most of the time sat outside enjoying the views. The hosts were very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Place for a family celebration

Great Communication beforehand with Host Walk through the door and you will be blown away! The property is excellent and so well equipped and then the views….. The photos do not do this property justice, it’s even more than you imagine!
