Designed to a high specification throughout, the apartment offers a luxurious yet relaxed coastal retreat, finished with contemporary furnishings and high-quality fixtures.
The heart of the home is the bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the space with natural light and open onto a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a coffee machine, while the living area features a smart TV for cosy evenings in.
The master bedroom boasts a superking bed, a stylish ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and its own balcony complete with a second table and chair set overlooking the sea – an ideal spot for a peaceful morning coffee.
A second superking bedroom is equally comfortable and can be made up as a twin (on request). While the third bedroom is a single room with a desk, ideal for anyone needing a quiet workspace. The single room daybed also has a single pullout (available on request). It's positioned right next to the other single, so it's best suited for children. These two rooms share a modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious waterfall head.
Families are well catered for with a travel cot and children’s dinnerware provided. Practical touches include one allocated private parking space, with a second available on a first-come, first-served basis, plus access to an on-site EV charger (fees apply). Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee of £30/dog.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment in Porth is perfectly located for a classic seaside break, with an abundance of coastal activities right outside your door. Porth Beach is a long, sandy stretch that’s ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and relaxed family beach days, while low tide reveals rock pools waiting to be explored.
A great selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants lines the back of the beach, all just moments away. The Mermaid Inn, set directly on the sand, is a favourite for easy-going family meals and sunset drinks. You’ll also find several other bars and pubs nearby, while Porth Beach Hotel & Restaurant and SeaSpace offer more refined dining options. Roo’s Coffee is perfect for takeaway drinks and snacks, and in spring and summer, a stone-baked pizza van often appears close by.
The South West Coast Path passes through Porth, offering spectacular clifftop walks with far-reaching views towards Newquay and Watergate Bay. For a shorter stroll, cross the footbridge to Porth Island for panoramic sea views and a peaceful spot to enjoy the evening light.
Newquay is only a short drive or scenic coastal walk away, home to famous surf beaches such as Fistral, a lively harbour, family attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium, and a wide choice of shops, cafés and restaurants.
To the north, Watergate Bay boasts a vast sandy beach and excellent surf, while further afield, Padstow, Crantock and Holywell Bay offer charming harbours, sweeping sands and quieter coastal escapes.
Getting Around:
Getting around Cornwall is easiest with a car, but this apartment in Porth offers excellent transport links. Newquay Airport is a short 10-minute drive away, with taxis and car hire readily available. The train station is just a 5-minute drive, providing connections across the country and throughout Cornwall, including Penzance. Convenient bus services stop right outside the apartment.
For those driving, we offer one allocated parking space and an additional space on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available for your use (charges apply).

The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via stairs. Once inside, it's all on one level.
