You’ll have ample opportunities to get out on the water, whether you fancy joining a boat trip, trying a fishing excursion or having a go at one of the area’s many water sports. For everyday essentials or an easy meal out, the nearest shop and pub are 0.5 miles away, with plenty more options in Newquay town.


On arrival at this bright and welcoming property, you’ll walk up a gently sloping 150-metre path from the car park. A few steps lead down from the entrance hall to the ground-floor sleeping quarters. You’ll have a charming king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC, with balcony access. The second bedroom is a relaxing triple room with three single beds. A separate family shower room with a rainfall shower and WC completes this floor. Climb a few steps from the entrance hall to reach the spacious first-floor living area, a lovely social space where everyone can sink into the sofas and watch a film on the Smart TV. You’ll have a country-style kitchen with pale blue units and an inviting dining space for sitting down to meals together.


From the upstairs living area, sliding doors lead to an enclosed decked balcony with a bistro set – a charming place to unwind and dine alfresco. There’s also a larger outdoor area downstairs, accessible from the king-size bedroom, with more outdoor seating and greenery. One allocated parking space is provided in the shared car park (150 metres). Please note: you cannot unload directly outside the property.
