Perfect stay in a perfect property!

We had a wonderful stay for one week in the cottage with my two young children (7 & 3) and our dog. Property fully equipped with everything we needed, lovely spacious garden. Very dog friendly with lots of extras like bowls and biscuits. Easy to communicate with owner and very clean and comfortable. The only tricky part was the parking, it’s opposite the property along a road where cars came quite fast and no pavement so whilst we coped for one week with the children and dog it was just something to be aware of.

Lovely cottage

This is a very tastefully furnished cottage fully-equipped with everything you could need. The owner was very responsive and helpful. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. All the excellent reviews are accurate.

Fabulous cottage, great location

Cannot fault this property, lovely home from home with everything you need in place. Beautiful cottage inside and out - our little dog Percy couldn’t believe his luck with being able to roam freely in his own garden! The beds and sofas super comfy, the kitchen stocked better than our own and great communication from owner, as well as a little welcome parcel which was much appreciated. Location is idyllic and perfect for getting about all over the Isle -we loved the property and location, can’t recommend enough!

A home away from home

Perfect

What a wonderful cottage and host, cannot fault anything. The cottage was immaculate and Elizabeth the host had thought of everything . The welcome pack was an unexpected surprise , so thoughtful and the dogs loved the treats left for them. The location was quiet , with a local pub in walking distance. we look forward to returning very soon . FABULOUS !!!

Charming thatched cottage

A wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage

It was such a treat staying at Grants Cottage! The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated and every little detail has been thought about. Our three children were enchanted by the ‘little cottage with the thatched roof’ which is like something from a storybook! They had a fabulous time playing in the beautiful garden and didn’t want to come home - it was all idyllic. Thank you Lizzie for letting us borrow your wonderful cottage and for all the delicious welcome gifts which were much appreciated. We’d love to stay at Grants Cottage again one day!

Wonderful

Grants Cottage is simply gorgeous. The photos online don’t do the how justice. It was soo cosy. The kitchen / dining area was out of this world and having an aga made it! The bedrooms where huge, lovely bed linen, comfortable beds. We will be back in a heart beat. Thank you Lizzie & Co for letting us stay at your amazing house.

More than perfect

Everything was just perfect! Grants Cottage is a 5 star accommodation, we would want to come back anytime. It was so clean, crisp sheets, fluffy towels, great beds, a great kitchen with everything you need to bake and cook, and don’t forget the cozy livingroom where we burned a log every night. In addition, the communication with Lizzy, the warm welcome, tips where to go on the island, it all added up to our fantastic family get-away. Make sure you’ll book, you will definitely not regret it. Thank you Lizzy and Helen :).

Wonderful cottage and base to explore the islamd

Wonderful break on the Isle of Wight

We spent a few days on the Island on our way back from Cornwall. Grant's Cottage was the perfect place to stay while we explored the Island for the first time. Beautifully appointed, wonderfully cosy and comfortable, every detail had been thought of. We could not reccomend it highly enough!
