"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the cheese and wine for the afternoons on the roof deck. Room was very clean but basic. Not enough body lotion for showering. Would have like more hot options for breakfast other than oatmeal. Overall very nice property that I would rebook for a future stay in Newport."

"Let’s start with Danielle; an amazing host and communicator. Worked with us on arrival and departure times, met us at property to run us through everything. She was fantastic! The pictures do not do this property justice; it’s an amazing House Boat in a stunning location. Spotless, comfortable, and outfitted with everything you would need. It’s was an unbelievable experience with a fanatics owner and I highly recommend it! "

"The place was spotless and charming! Very peaceful and lovely neighborhood but walkable to town. The best of both worlds. Hosts were very receptive and clear w all instructions and easy to contact at all times. Highly recommend this home for a stay in Newport!"

"This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. Our group of women truly loved our visit and hope to return again in the future! Thank you so much for making our memorable...
