    * Three Bedrooms (incl sleeping porch), One Bath - Perfect for family, couples, or girls' weekend.
    * Main bedroom has a King bed.
    * Second bedroom has two twins and sofa bed.
    * Living room has a sleepable couch.
    * All-weather enclosed porch has another twin bed, and can be used as a third bedroom.

    -Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen
    -Ocean view
    -Charming enclosed porch for sunning and sleeping.

Great Beqch Vacation!

My family of four enjoy a very beach-friendly stay here. The home was in a great location. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops! Highly recommend it for a stay.

Fantastic Beach House

Cannot say enough good things about our stay! House is super cute, clean & comfortable with everything you need plus lots of wonderful extras. A short walk to the beach, close to everything in Newport. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Beautiful and clean home!

We had a wonderful stay in Middletown! The beach was such a short walk. Home was very clean. Shower had great pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

The perfect vacation!

Our family enjoyed an amazing stay at the Easton's Beach house. The layout of the space was perfect and the walk to the beach was the best part! The hosts were very helpful with check-in and great with communication throughout the process. The house had all the supplies we needed, including the adorable firepit which we enjoyed while listening to the surf. I highly recommend this property for a family. Five stars!!

Family weekend gathering to see our Coastie

Super cute cottage that offers all the extras! The extra touches and upgrades that were put into this cute cottage were definitely noted. The location was perfect with amazing views.

Wonderful property in great location

We've stayed in a number of VRBO properties during our travels, and this one is one of the best we've experienced. The cozy home was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and was just a short walk from a beautiful beach. We aren't regular visitors to RI, but if we were to return we'd definitely stay at the Easton Beach House again.

Great Spot

Clean and as described. Great location just steps from 1st beach, and short drive or bike ride to 2nd beach. Minutes from downtown Newport and the Cliff Walk. Lots of greats spots to grab lunch/dinner locally. Its a great spot for a week at the beach with your family with lots of other options to keep your kids entertained. House has a lot of what you need for you week and the beach. David is very attentive if you ever need anything or have any questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

Week-long family beach vacation

Great location for getting little kids to and from the beach, and to Clementine's Ice Cream! We really enjoyed the thoughtful amenities such as blocks in the bedroom with twin beds, and provided beach chairs and towels. Very quick drive to downtown Newport! Thank you to our kind hosts!

Beautiful Location

Close to two beautiful beaches!! Walking distance to restaurants. Home was clean and had everything we needed! Had to reach out to host once and he Promptly answered my question. If I’m in the area again I will stay here again!

GREAT PLACE

This place had all the bells and whistles. It is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. I can't express what a great value this place is, and it is as it says in the description. Very close to the beach, amazing host, great outdoor space. JUST LOVELY

Excellent accommodations

Easton"s Beach house was wonderful. It was a lovely home within walking distance from a great beach. And short drive to all the Newport attractions. The house has everything we could possibly need. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Thank you David for a great three days!

Peaceful Paradise

The beach house was perfect. The neighborhood as quiet and friendly. We could tell the owner put much thought into making this a welcoming place , from checking with us to see if we needed anything, to the decor, to providing all the amenities we needed for our stay. We appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh and like new. The beach was just around the corner ,so we could go back and forth to the beach and house. We'd stay here again !

The house was so cute and a super convenient walk to the beach! David, the owner, is a true professional and had everything set up and written out instructions for how to use everything in the house. Truly perfect. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!
