This place and all the bells and whistles for your immediate needs. Great condiments for a lack of a better word. Coffee beans, Grinder, ground coffee and at least 2 ways to prepare your coffee.Food is fun and she had clean oils for cooking pink saltfor cooking, great lotions.Also extremely clean.For me I was with my sister for one night.and I was bummed about the stairs all the living space up stairs, except the bathroom bummer.Quiet neighborhood fun to be early and drive around highly recommend this place. Can't say enough

Amazing property/host

Overall the property was amazing. Short distance to downtown Nye Beach and the beach itself. Very comfortable, clean, inviting, and relaxing stay. Was able to meet the host who is really great and hospitable. Overall, 5 stars and look forward to staying again in the future.

Good accommodation near the beach

Unit was clean & bedding comfortable. It was near the beach - 15 min to Nye beach. Host was responsive to all inquires on messaging. 1 problem that came up - the tv went dark on the first night and never came back on, despite new remote batteries and online troubleshooting. Guests should be prepared for the bathroom & kitchen are downstairs and the bedroom & eating area are upstairs - inconvenient at best - we will avoid similar space arrangements in future. It may have been mentioned on the listing, but we missed it. Also, no signs of AC - we were there on a cool weekend in May, and very comfortable, but could see the summer would be quite warm with sun coming in windows.

Wonderful Place to Reset

The apartment is small, but well-equipped. Space in the entry area is available to store shoes, coats, and stuff. There are lots of windows and the upstairs has a high ceiling. It is located in a quiet, walkable residential nieghborhood. The host provided quality products in the bathroom, and coffee and tea in the kitchen. The host was very open to a suggestion I made for the kitchen.

Really a nice place, quick walk down to probably the best restaurants in the area and the beach. Quiet environment, off the 101 but not so far as to be inconvenient. This is a loft-style room with fairly steep stairs going up so if you have mobility issues be aware. Walls are thin though, and if there are people talking in the adjacent house, you'll hear them. I'd recommend this location for one or two people who don't need a lot of space and prefer a convenient location and like walkability

Little gem in Nye Beach

The property was super clean , close to the beach, with a few bonuses. The owner sold Doterra oils and left a diffuser to try. Our place smelled great the whole time. We did not cook, but she had essentials if we wanted to. The bed was very comfortable as well. The only draw back would be those people who could not go up or down stairs as they were pretty steep. Overall a great nook for one or two people. We would stay again.
