Good spot if your going out late night

Location was good and unit was clean- no complaints there. Biggest downside was noise late at night i.e midnight until 2am. Although house is renovated, walls were pretty thin and you could hear everyone entering or leaving the location coming home from the bars and was woken up multiples times during the night to people talking loudly or trying to enter the front door code incorrectly again and again. It’s fine if you are 25 and going out, not ideal if you want to go to bed before 1am.

Excellent

Great location. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Parking may have been challenging in a busier season. Our unit lock didn’t work but we didn’t let it worry us too much. Place was very clean and room temps were comfortable. Food fabulous everywhere we ate. Will stay again. :)

Stay in Newport

Please send a note a few days ahead of check-in to be sure all information is received! The apartment was great except for a few things: 1. TV didn’t work, 2. coffee pot needs to be checked- (couldn’t get it to brew); 3 need hooks in the bathroom for wet towels; 4. Rug needs cleaning! Thank you very much- enjoy s the stay!

NO HOT WATER / BAD PARKING / NOT RESPONSIVE

There was no hot water second day. The parking situation was abysmal. The coffee machine didn’t work. The fan in the room sounded like a rattle snake. To top it off there is no number provided anywhere to reach someone AT ALL. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great Location, no frills.

The property was solid and perfectly accurate to the description. A nice place to stay in a great area. However, it is small, and the AC unit was standing on the ground, making the space feel even smaller. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn't close completely, which could be an issue for some, and the carpet is ready for replacement.

Fantastic spot to stay in Newport!

Property is located in the center of all that Newport has to offer. Room was clean and nice. Mattress on the bed was not the best but bearable for the two nights. Backyard patio was private and nice to relax/eat outside. Would have liked to have contact info to property manager but luckily didn’t require it during our stay. Overall loved it and will rent again!!

The unit was really clean and very nice. However, there were dogs barking that woke me up and parking was a real problem. I don't think I'll be staying there again. I was very dissappointed.

Newport

Very nice, clean rental. Close to downtown, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. I love that its dog friendly. This is an older house so you are able to hear moving around and footsteps above you just like in any house. Overall, a very nice stay.

Basically, this is a great hotel room in an old house. We wish the room was larger as it is somewhat cramped, but we liked the location and the room was nicely appointed, especially the bathroom.
