This was our 1st trip back to RI in about a decade to see family and visit the beaches. This property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. The yard is perfect for both kids and adults and Easton’s beach and several shops and dining are all within walking distance. Plus Newport is just a short drive. Our host Shannon and her family are absolutely the best and we look forward to our next stay.

Comfortable clean and convenient

Our family includes an adult child with special needs and this rental was perfect. All one floor, easy access to everything, super clean and comfortable. Hosts were wonderful to communicate with and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation!

Great place in a great location!! Our host, Shannon was very accommodating, answered all our questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We really liked the neighborhood setting and could walk to just about anywhere.

Close to the beach, great house for kids.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen, great relaxing backyard with swings, grill, and a fire pit. The house is a few minutes from a great beach called Second beach which was great to spend a day there as well as pass by in the evenings for a sunset walk on the shore. There’s a lot to do in the area, Newport cliff walk, car museums, and great restaurants.

Best place in Newport

This place was absolutly amazing. Perfect for the not-as-mobile in-laws and our kids (4 and 7). There was an awesome yard for kids to play in and its in a really good neighborhood. The hosts were awesome, and extremely family. The house had everything you could need. It was very quiet and everyone had enough space and privacy. Internet was great for work. We will stay here again on our next trip to Newport.

Amazing experience

First time staying here ! Extremely satisfied with the location, cleanliness, everything available in the house and amazing host Shanon + great pricing. This is by far my best experience in new port and would highly recommend ! The place felt Like home from day 1 and it’s super Cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice !

Great location, great hosts

House is adorb, plenty of parking amazing location (we are massive beach people), but close to downtown as well. Clean, had everything we needed and effortless check-in. Shannon and her family were amazing, they made it feel like we were staying at a friends house, not a rental. The neighbors were super friendly as well. Def recommend, we’ll be back.

Great hospitality and comfortable place

My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and we brought my 1-year-old and mom. It was such a comfortable and fun place for all of us. Shannon was such a responsive and thoughtful host—when we had logistics questions (not even about the unit!) she went above and beyond to help us get information. it was a great place for our kid to explore in the yard. The unit was very clean, and it was a convenient distance to get into Newport for wedding events. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Awesome!

Perfect space for our party of 5. Host was easy to communicate with. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Short walk to the beach and absolutely loved having coffee in the morning on the bench swing.

Perfect home away from home for sailors visiting Newport!

Shannon's house worked out perfectly for our sailing crew of 5 (2 couples and 1 single crew member). Lots of room and not far from Sail Newport!

Great apartment near beaches

Nice apartment near First Beach and a short drive to Second Beach or Newport. Lots to do in area. Plenty of space for all 5 of us in well decorated clean unit. Host was attentive and top notch!

Perfect location!

I'm glad we chose this property for our RI stay. It's easy access to Newport and Middletown and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with all essentials and the owners let us use their beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Having two bathrooms was a blessing with a teenager, all in all a great stay! Thank you!
