Clean accommodations with great location and view. Some decor is out dated but would stay again. They had some nice activities for my 8 year old.

Beautiful room with a view of Newport Harbor. Staff was amazing especially Chris. We have stayed at a few different hotels in Newport, but this by far was the best!

Booked for two nights to attend a friend's wedding in Newport. The location and overall space was fine; a bit old but clean. The biggest issue is this is a timeshare. Oh sorry, "vacation club." I didn't find out until after I booked. I wasn't too concerned since it was noted it's managed like a hotel. But I was not told we'd be subjected to a hardcore sales pitch at check-in before they would show where our room was. And they got belligerent after telling them "no, not interested" at least five times. I would never book this location again. It should be clearly disclosed it's a timeshare and you'll be subject to an annoying, aggressive sales pitch.

This is the fourth time we've enjoyed this resort and you truly cannot find a better deal for winter in Newport. It is close to everything and the room is super modern and clean with incredible views of the water. The amenities are incredible and the indoor to outdoor pool is so much fun in the winter months as both are heated. We'll definitely be back!

Solid views. Great price. Good location. At check-in, tried selling us hard on time shares. Did not like that. Then proceeded to call my cell phone multiple times during our stay to sell me some more on timeshares. Not ok.

The condo was great, the Wyndham Staff excellent. I would not book through Expedia again. They passed the reservation to VRBO, who then funneled it off to KOALA. At no point was the reservation correctly put in my name, which caused check in to be a needlessly prolonged process of Expedia blaming VRBO, VRBO blaming KOALA, KOALA blaming Wyndham, who had nothing to do with the processing of the reservation and thankfully solved the issue. Condo was great, super convenient to downtown Newport.

Place is in a walkable, convenient location close to everything. Has great view of water. The little kitchenette was adequate to our needs for a few days although the sink was quite small and there was no light in that area, only in the area outside the bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom was ok - a bit small, but a good sized shower and enough counter space to put our stuff. Enough space and seating in the living/dining area to comfortably accommodate 2 people. Windows in the dining area both had broken crank mechanisms and one of them was stuck slightly open. Neither would operate. Bedroom had a king size bed, a chair, some sort of bureau with a few drawers and a small space in one corner to put a suitcase. Really very little space to put anything. Plus the door to the unit is in the bedroom which we found a bit odd and there was no window in there as it is essentially an interior room. Climate control unit was at the opposite end of the place so the bedroom always felt a little stuffy. Ice machine in building was broken. Location of stairs was a bit confusing in a way that would take too long to explain and imo could be an issue if there were ever a fire. Amenities such as pool, exercise room etc. were in the other building across the street as was the check in/out. Overall the place was fine for our brief stay (3 nights) and priced better than most.

I have stayed here a few times now and it has been great. I am a writer, and I am on my computer all day. I like the stay at this condo for the inspirational ambiance. The past stays in units that are on the side of the building have been wonderful, the unit I just stayed in, facing the front of the building, had horrible WiFi connection. I had to write the whole time in the windowless bedroom, as the WiFi in the living area with the nice window was too weak. I could have stayed home in my own bedroom. It would have been a lot cheaper.
