There are no words. The condo was very nice and the water views were spectacular. 5 StarEverything is close by and super close to all the mansions for your tours.Will definitely stay again.

The only issue we had was the listing stated it was a king size bed but it was actually a double bed. We are both on the smaller side so it worked but if we were bigger it would have been as issues.The location was great so it kinda made up for it.

Great location, nice view of the water from the building we stayed which was across the street from the main building. Outside Jacuzzi was great, large, well heated and deep.

This is the fourth time we've enjoyed this resort and you truly cannot find a better deal for winter in Newport. It is close to everything and the room is super modern and clean with incredible views of the water. The amenities are incredible and the indoor to outdoor pool is so much fun in the winter months as both are heated. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice room. The location was absolutely ideal, price was very reasonable, and the view was spectacular. Had no problem working with Koala. This is a timeshare so you'll have to be prepared to tell a couple of people you aren't interested in getting a free lunch or whatever tactic they use to get you to listen to a sales pitch. If you book more than one unit be sure to book them under different names. Not sure why the facility management (not Koala) requires this but apparently there's a fee if they have to transfer the unit into a different name at check-in. Koala will change it for at no charge if you need them to and ask ahead of time.
