Great place

This place is great. The location is perfect and the host goes above and beyond with little details, such as extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. They also had 6 bikes for us to use. It was a delightful experience.

Perfect beach getaway

Russ was a great communicator, the property easy to access and he provided plenty of local tips. Our group of girlriends appreciated all the extras- bottles of wine, bathrobes, beach chairs, bikes and mote. Thanks for a great stay! , towels, bikes

Great house!!

We absolutely loved our stay! You can tell the owners take pride in their beautiful rental. It was very clean, and they thought of everything you might need during your stay. The bikes were a huge plus! Great location, directly between both piers and only 1 house back from the sand. The only thing I would note is there is stairs inside the unit so if you have a toddler that your worried about with stairs, I would bring a baby gate. We ended up just using stuff to block it off and it was fine. Each room has its own bathroom and the house has tons of space. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back again soon.

Great place and location!

Great location super close to the beach and to places to eat etc. We rode the bikes to dinner every night. And working with Russ was awesome! Very quick to respond and so helpful. By the end of the trip we were already talking about when to book the next vacation at this place!

Fun Newport Beach Getaway

My family gathered to celebrate a 100th birthday in Tustin. Our adult children wanted someplace near the beach to stay and we selected this property. It was perfect and is just as pictured in its listing. It's an upstairs property with spacious roof-top patio where we spent the evenings. Beautifully furnished with three very comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. While the ocean view is a bit limited because of the property behind us, Mother's Beach is just a short walk down the side street (no busy streets to cross). The garage was loaded with towels, umbrellas and chairs. Finally, the host couldn't have been more accommodating. Five stars for this property.

Fabulous!

Wonderful home midway between the Newport and Balboa piers. Steps to the beach and short walk to the Balboa Ferry. Home is immaculate, and has everything needed for a beach vacation. We enjoyed the fresh flowers, wine and chocolates upon arrival! Easy and pleasant communication with the Host who was available if needed. We look forward to visiting again!

Definitely a 5-star property

Just spent a week at this fabulous home with my kids and grandson and it was fantastic...from start to finish! Russ was easy to work with, very responsive and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The home is just as described. Nicer that many that you find near the beach for sure. They take care of the home and keep it clean and current. The home is definitely well-stocked with the essentials and we really loved having the bikes for all of us and the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. They even had a high chair and playpens for my grandson! Rooftop area was well used too, both early in the morning with coffee and late at night with a glass of wine :) The best part though is the location. Midway between the Newport and Balboa piers was perfect...not too long either way. And, just a block off the beach. Quiet, but still right there! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Newport! Thanks Russ!

Awesome Ocean Retreat!

Beautiful home with everything you need for a fun filled beach vaca! Russ was fast to respond and very friendly. We enjoyed the short walk to ocean, playing vball in the sand and riding the waves on the boogie boards available at property. Washer and dryer came in handy and cute little market was close walk for goodies. Recommend the whale watching tour and sunset boat tour at the pier. Will be back!

Great spot near the beach!

Russ was very easy to communicate with, home was larger than expected from the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the bikes with locks were a huge plus! Highly recommend Russ's place.

Absolutely charming townhouse

We really loved the house and the hospitality. The house has more than one needs for a great time on the peninsula. Very spacious, clean, detail-oriented townhouse. We loved the rooftop with its BBQ station. Kitchen has a nice setup, streaming services, wetsuits, bikes. Russ was super nice and responded quickly. 5 stars!

The location was ideal. The property was inviting and clean. The thoughtful host had fresh flowers, wine and chocolate waiting to greet us. The home also provided bikes and beach chairs for a relaxing time on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property with Many Thoughtful Touches

Our adult family really enjoyed the stay and all of the amenities in this property. So many thoughtful touches that personalize the home and make the stay so enjoyable. The rooftop deck provided a welcome sanctuary in the sun even through cooler temps. And the 6 bikes made going to the Newport and Balboa piers easy. Wonderful stay!!

Excellent vacation home!

This house was perfect for our weekend vacation! We were a group of 5, and the positive feedback is unanimous. The home was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms , and even included “Welcome” treats in the common areas- couldn’t have asked for better hospitality!

Perfect place to relax

We were so relaxed! Great location and space. It was nice to have so many bathrooms. The roof patio was perfect. Beds and bedding were very comfy. We hope to stay again some day.
