The pros to this property....close to the beach, even had a limited view. The property was spacious with 4 bedrooms and a large kitchen. Furniture was comfortable and at night the neighborhood was quiet.The cons to this property...parking is a mess! Even the one space we were given was taken by other renters in the unit. Be prepared to hunt for a place to park. There was a lovely balcony to sit on and people watch, but the door was next to impossible to open, and the screen on that door fell off constantly. Entry to the unit was confusing. With only a picture and the instructions it was hard to fine the actual entrance to the property. The kitchen, while spacious, lacked some basic cooking pans and utensils.It's obvious you pay for the location...which is very close to the beach, but otherwise, this unit was only so-so.

We loved the location

This stay was for a family reunion and was a perfect location- just steps from the ocean and dog friendly too. Our grandchildren and the dogs loved it. We have rented places before that were fancier but this was ideal for our family.

Steps to the sand

Great home with amazing location, just a few steps to the sand. Comfortable beds and well maintained bathrooms and kitchen. Could use some new furniture in the living room and patio areas, but we would definitely stay here again!

Great location !!

We loved out stay! Easy to find, near beach, great appliances, pet friendly, great communication, with the property manager. One necessary comment, the heating for the back two bedrooms was none existent - so too cool for sleeping in winter months.

Newport Vacation - Great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great, and property management was very helpful. My only recommendation would be to add AC to the property and add more chairs or couches to the living room. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Family time

Great place Pet friendly and great location. Kitchen was perfect. And plenty of room. 4bd 2 bath. Large with tile floor throughout. Washer and dryer downstairs for cheap and plenty of towels. Really enjoyed our family time there. Everything went perfect and no pressure. Loved it. Newport Beaxh is a great place.

The location of the house was amazing..everything was clean and the house was spacious the only issue we had was we couldn’t find any remotes to any of the TVs but it wasn’t really a big deal because we weren’t really watching tv anyway

Short walk to the beach and location to New Port are very nice. Houses could use a/c and or ceiling fans. The old floor big fans were ok

My Daughter's Wedding

This house was located perfectly between the venue and my daughters house. We had All my family stay at one place. It was great.!!! We stayed up too late talking, and swapping stories all night. It was so cool to have us all in the same place for this event. We were only 3 minutes from the wedding venue. And I will be back to this house again for some summer fun with the family.!!!!!! Everything was great.!!!

Family Time

The house was clean and is in a great location. The neighbor below is super nice as well. Nice size place with 4 bedrooms which was perfect for us. The only thing to improve on is kitchen supplies. It would be great to have a big sauté pan, measuring cup, missing bowls, etc. it would also be nice if there were beach chairs, and bikes available. We stay at a lot of VRBo’s and Airbnb’s and bikes and beach chairs are pretty standard. The location and size were amazing so we would definitely recommend.

Awesome beach getaway

Disappointed I didn’t book this property longer! The location to the beach, restaurants, and shops were perfect! The property is much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of space for our adult children and parents! Loved the dog friendly aspect. TVs in bedrooms could be upgraded to smart TVs. But with the ocean in your backyard who needs tv? There wasn’t a true master bedroom and the beds for two adults are a bit small. The house and amenities were fabulous! We would stay again!

50 yards from the beach

We had a very nice stay on Seashore Drive. The condo was extremely functional for my group as we were working in Orange County during our stay. It was relatively easy to find parking, the shopping center nearby has some good restaurants, the neighbors were kind and the beach is literally 50 yards away. Our only issue was that the heater didn't pump much heat to the two back rooms but that's only a potential problem in the winter months. Overall, the condo was clean and functional. Even more, you can see the ocean from the dining room table!
