Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, the family room and 2 full bathrooms provide plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the sun on the balcony. The master suite has a king bed and an adjoining bath. Washer and dryer and one parking spot.



The front patio has a table that seats four, an umbrella, bay breezes and a BBQ, great for grilling while making plans for the next day's adventures! The home has one car parking space on a pad at the rear of the property.



The bayside neighborhood where the home is located is a real gem. Close to the beach and bay, yet cut off from much of the hustle and bustle of the Peninsula, it provides a quieter spot to enjoy all the same amenities as others in high-traffic areas. Families with smaller children will appreciate the bay beaches with no waves where even toddlers can enjoy the water without getting bowled over by the surf.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
