Charming

This beach house is charming… a bit older, but spacious, easy to access and perfect for our trip. We couldn’t get maintainence out one day, but we left the next… the first day we needed them they were super fast.

Great location!

Great time and cozy house. Very charming. I was disappointed about not having a washer dryer but the laundromat across the street is great and clean. Parking was not a problem this time of the year.

Old beach bungalow

This property is a very old property smelled like old people when we walked in rooms are small 1 small car parking nice porch to put all the sandy toys, towels and bikes that is secure it is very close to pavilions grocery store close to nice restaurants and a very short walk to the beach! And that’s really what we came for!

100yr old beauty

This piece of history was so quaint. Felt like stepping back in time with the light fixture yet amenities for the modern day. We walked everywhere. The location is perfect for all of the amazing spots Newport offers. Don’t forget to Bring your own towels for the beach. Burr white was so wonderful and professional and answered the phone with all my questions. We will be back for sure!

Awesome Location

The Burr White Realty Staff were an absolute pleasure to work with - they were flexible with us when we had to switch our travel dates due to having a sick kid. The location of this rental was hard to beat as there was everything you need within walking distance, even a grocery store! We also had a parking spot right in front of the garage which was so convenient.

Great little house for my husband and my vacation to Newport Beach.

Walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, including 24 hour doughnuts, grocery store. Great sun room and front porch to sit on. There is some road noise, but you’re at the beach 😊 As the management company will tell you, pay attention to the street signs and street sweeping days, they are all different.

Quaint and lovely beach house

We Loved our stay!! If you are looking for modern this is not the place for you. We LOVED the quaint feel and cozy atmosphere of this 1930's beach house. It has lots of room, is super close to the beach, and was a wonderful stay!! All our needs were met, and we will stay again.

Super charming historic house in a great location!

We loved staying here and would definitely come back again! Not sure if it had been booked in a while though, because did not appear to have been recently cleaned or at least not cleaned thoroughly and was very stuffy when we arrived. Nothing that would keep us from staying again though. It is in a great location near grocery shopping, beach, boardwalk and the pier.

Spacious cottage; Perfect location.

Our family of six LOVED our stay at this house. It was a short walk past a few other houses to the beach. No streets to cross. The porch was great for rinsing off, the house has lots of windows for air flow so we were able to keep it cool enough even in August. There were a lot of options for lounging, gathering, and eating—several couches and chairs, benches, two full size indoor tables, porch seating, etc. We also loved that there were two good-sized bathrooms with nice showers. The house is old, probably 1920’s era, so everything has several layers of paint, but the windows are new. I liked the original hardwood floors, built-in china cabinets, solid wood doors, and other original touches that evoke the historical Newport Beach appeal. The rental agency was great to work with, sent lots of helpful info prior to our trip and even called us the day of to offer an early check in since the house was ready a few hours early. Everything we needed was within a block or two—grocery store, surf shop, several restaurants. All in all a wonderful experience and we would stay there again!

Beach bungalow

We had a great week! The house is open, great porch, amazing location and plenty of room. The bedrooms are small With no storage space so it was hard to get organized. It could use some updates and extras (fans (bc it was hot), towels More than 1 per person for the week, utensils, inside could use a paint Job- those are some suggestions . I Was so thankful for 2 parking spots! My car is small so it did fit in garage (barely) but grateful. I would stay here again as we really enjoyed our week!
